Եթե ձեզ թվում է, որ ձեր կյանքում սթրեսը շատ է, տհաճ էմոցիաները չափացանց շատ են, ուրեմն այդ ամենին վերջ տալու ժամանակն է։ Կյանքը չափազանց կարճ է, որպեսզի այն դժբախտ անցկացնեք։ Պարզապես դադարեք տանել այն, ինչ ձեզ դուր չի գալիս, ձեզ սթրես է պատճառում։ Հոգեբաններն ասում են, որ սթրեսն ու համբերատարությունը դրա հանդեպ օրգանիզմում տարատեսակ հիվանդություններ են առաջացնում։ Ահա այս 12 բաները պարզապես չի կարելի տանել
1, Այն փաստը, որ դուք անտաղանդ մարդ եք ու ոչ մի բանի պիտանի չեք։
2, Ձեր սեփական բացասական մտքերը։ Հիշեք, որ մտքերը ռեալ դառնալու ունակություն ունեն, դադարեք վատը մտածել։
3, Այլ մարդկանց բացասականությունը։ Թույլ մի տվեք, որպեսզի նրանց բացասականությունը նաեւ ձեզ շրջապատի։
4, Անառողջ հարաբերություններ։ Ձեր հարաբերությունները ճիշտ կառուցեք, որպեսզի դրանք ձեզ դժբախտ չդարձնեն։
5, Անբարոյականությունը։ Ձեր մտքերն ու խիղճը պետք է այնպիսին լինեն, որպեսզի հանգիստ քնեք գիշերը։
6, Ատելի աշխատանքը։ Այն բացասականից բացի ոչինչ չի տա ձեզ։
7, Անպատրաստ լինելը։ Կես ժամ շուտ արթնացեք եւ ստիպված չեք լինի խուճապի մատնվել՝ չկարողանալով ոչինչ հասցնել։
8, Անգործությունը։ Եթե ոչնչով զբաղված չեք, երջանիկ լինել պարզապես չեք կարող։
9, Կիսատ թողած գործերը։ Դրանից ավելի վատ բան չկա։ Մինչեւ մի բանը ավարտին չհասցնեք, նորը չեք կարողանալու սկսել։
10, Նախկինում կատարած սխալներն անընդհատ հիշելը։ Թողեք անցյալում այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել անցյալում։
11, Նոր պարտքերի կուտակումը։ Պարտքերը սթրես են առաջացնում, ինչպես նաեւ սրտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ։
12, Ասելը այն, ինչ կգա մտքին։ Նախքան ինչ-որ բան ասելը միշտ մտածեք, հետո ուղղել չեք կարողանալու։
