Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ Բարեկամության շրջանակը «միջազգային պատժամիջոցներ» է պահանջում Ադրբեջանի դեմ

Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ Բարեկամության շրջանակի նախագահ եւ Ժողովրդավարների եւ անկախների միության պատգամավոր Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանը կիրակի հանդես է եկել Ադրբեջանի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու կոչով՝ 1994 թվականի պատերազմի ավարտից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրականացվող ամենամահաբեր հարձակումներից հետո։
Ելնելով այն հանգամանքից, որ «Բաքվի կողմից իրականացվող հարձակողական գործողությունները աննախադեպ կերպով խախտում են հրադադարի ռեժիմը», այդ թվում նաեւ պատճառելով քաղաքացիական զոհեր, կենտրոնամետ քաղաքական գործիչը մի հաղորդագրությունում արտահայտել է Բարեկամության շրջանակի «արդարացի զայրույթը», Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների հանդեպ աջակցությունը եւ սփոփանքը՝ պաշտպանողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում այդ հարձակումներն արդյունավետ կերպով դադարեցնելու համար։
Բարեկամության շրջանակը «խստագույնս դատապարտում է այդ հարձակումները, որոնք ապացուցում են, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը չի ցանկանում արդար եւ վերջնական կերպով խաղաղություն հաստատել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հետ»:
Ըստ Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ Բարեկամության շրջանակի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Ռոշբլուանի խոսքերի՝ «այս հարձակումները տեղի են ունենում անգամ այն ժամանակ, երբ Իլհամ Ալիեւը դեռ երեկ ուխտադրուժ կերպով իր բարի կամքն էր հավաստում ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիին: Ֆրանսիան եւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի այլ համանախագահ տերությունները պետք է լիարժեք կերպով ընկալեն, թե ինչ է դա նշանակում. դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի խոսքը ոչինչ չարժե, եւ որ կարեւորը միայն իշխանության եկած հանցախմբի պատերազմածին կամքն է»։
Ֆրանսիա-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանակը, առերեսվելով տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության եւ խաղաղության հանդեպ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սպառնալիքների նոր դրսեւորումներին, կոչ է անում միջազգային հանրությանը պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Բաքվի իշխանության նկատմամբ։
