Կարեն Միրզոյան. «Ադրբեջանը մերժում է կայունությունը»

ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը ռուսաստանյան «Медуза»-ի հետ զրույցում պնդել է, որ հակամարտության վերջին տարիների պատմությունը ցույց է տվել՝ Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում կայունություն: Վկայակոչելով հրապարակման սկզբնաղբյուրին, որ Միրզոյանը հարցազրույց նշել է. «Ադրբեջանի իշխան ությունները ոչ միայն Հայաստանի եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի առաջարկություններին չեն լսում, այլեւ մերժում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին՝ հակամարտության կարգավորումը չտեսնելով բանակցային գործընթացների միջոցով: Ադրբեջանը սեփական քաղաքացիներին տրամադրում է ոչ միայն ԼՂՀ-ում ապրող հայերի, այլեւ Սիրիայում կամ Ռուսաստանում ապրողների հանդեպ»:

Ըստ Միրզոյանի՝ Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս գործողությունները պայմանավորված են այդ երկրում տիրող քաղաքական իրավիճակով. «Երկրի ղեկավարությունը սեփական պետությունը չի կարողանում ճիշտ ղեկավարել թե՛ արտաքին, եւ թե՛ ներքին սխալ քաղաքականություն վարելով»: ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը ներկա իրավիճակի գլխավոր մեղավոր է համարում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին: Միրզոյանի կարծիքով՝ Թուրքիան հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերում տարածաշրջանի անկայունության վերաբերյալ, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանին ձեռնտու է կայունությունը:

Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ չնայած ադրբեջանական զինուժն ու զինտեխնիկան զգալիորեն կարող են գերազանցել փոքրիկ հանրապետության ունեցած ռազմական ուժին, սակայն մարտական ոգին, որն այս պահին, ինչպես եւ տարիներ առաջ, կարող է հաջողություն բերել. «Ես կուզեի այն համեմատել Հայրենական պատերազմի ժամանակ առկա մարտական ոգու հետ: Այն ոչ միայն հայրենասիրություն է, այլեւ ազգային ոգի»:

«Քիչ առաջ զանգահարել է Կրթության նախարարը, ով տեղեկացրել է, որ վաղվանից դպրոցներում դասերը կկայանան: Միայն Մարտակերտում եւ սահմանային որոշ հատվածներում դասեր չեն լինի»,- հավելել է Կարեն Միրզոյանը՝ չմոռանալով խոսել նաեւ հակամարտության դիվանագիտական լուծման մասին խոսել: Միրզոյանը նշել է նաեւ, որ դիվանագիտական դաշտում վերադարձ դեպի անցյալ հնարավոր չէ, բացի այդ՝ ԼՂՀ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը պետք է հարգել:
