Կոնգրեսի Լատինական հանձնախմբի ղեկավարը դատապարտում է ԼՂ-ի դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան

ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի Լատինական հանձնախմբիղեկավար, հանրապետական Լինդա Սանչեսը դատապարտել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան և Իլհամ Ալիևի ն կոչ արել վերադառնալ հրադադարի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կոնգրեսականի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ շեշտվում է, որ Արցախի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով հայ զինվորներ և քաղաքացիական անձինք են մահացել:
«Բռնությունների նմանատիպ աճը վտանգում է ողջ տարածաշրջանը ներառել արյունալի հակամարտության մեջ: Ադրբեջանին կոչ եմ անում պահպանել հրադադարը և դադարեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ թշնամական գործողությունները»,- շեշտել է Լինդա Սանչեսը:
Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանականհակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալնախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանայինարկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը,այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը08:30-ի սահմաններում Մարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ»)կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյաՎաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են:
Ավելի ուշ Ստեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձ: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեինադրբեջանցիները գազանային կերպով գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակչի: Հայկական կողմը 20 կորուստ ունի, 26 զինծառայող անհայտկորած է, 72 մարդ` վիրավոր: Հինգ մարդ էլ, այդ թվում` ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղական երկու համայնքի ղեկավար, զոհվել են ավտոբուսի ռմբահարումից`Մարտակերտի ճանապարհին: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել իրավիճակը վերցնել վերահսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1- 4-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքումադրբեջանական զինուժը տվել է մոտ 300 կորուստ, ոչնչացվել է 29 տանկ, 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 7 անօդաչու սարք, 1Մ 21 ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա:
