Արձագանքելով Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության հայտարարությանը` ես այսօր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարության հատուկ հաշվեհամարին մեր ընտանիքի կողմից փոխանցել եմ 3.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Այսօր դա է պահանջվում` դա պետք է անել: Կոչ եմ անում աշխարհասփյուռ մեր հայրենակիցներին, այդ թվում Լեհաստանում ապրող հայերին և մեր բարեկամներին, միանալ այս նախաձեռնությանը` յուրաքանչյուրն իր հնարավորությունների չափով:
