ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի վերաբերյալ շարունակում է տեղեկացնել մի շարք երկրների իր գործընկերներին և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործե րի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Ապրիլի 4-5-ը Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Գերմանիայի արտգործնախարար, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի, Եվրոպական միության արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության բարձր ներկայացուցիչ, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի, Վրաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Միխեիլ Ջանելիձեի, Բելառուսի ԱԳ նախարար Վլադիմիր Մակեյի, Լիտվայի արտգործնախարար Լինաս Լինկևիչուսի, Իրանի արտգործնախարար Ջավադ Զարիֆի, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի, Ջեյմս Ուորլիքի և Պիեռ Անդրյոյի հետ: Ստեղծված ի րավիճակի վերաբերյալ հանգամանալից զրույց է տեղի ունեցել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Միկաել Ժանի հետ։

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն իր զրուցակիցներին տեղեկացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակվող հարձակողական լայնածավալ գործողությունների մասին, ներկայացրել Արցախում քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների և խաղաղ բնակչության հրթիռակոծման հետևանքները:

Նախարար Նալբանդյանն ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանը զուգորդում է ռազմական գործողությունները քարոզչական ապատեղեկատվությամբ՝ ապարդյուն փորձելով հիմնավորել իր ագրեսիվ քայլերը, քաղաքացիական օբյեկտների և խաղաղ բնակչության թիրախավորումը։

«Հայաստանը բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել է, որ Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր գնում է իրավիճակի սրմանը և չի թաքցնում ուժի կիրառման մտադրությունը։ Մենք զգուշացնում էինք, որ միջազգային հանրության կողմից գործնական քայլեր են հարկավոր՝ Բաքվին կարգի հրավիրելու համար, այլապես Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ կեցվածքը դուրս է գալիս վերահսկողությունից, ինչի ականատեսն ենք այսօր։ Այժմ առավել քան հրամայական են միջազգային հանրութան հրատապ և հստակ քայլերը՝ իրավիճակը կայունացնելու, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ բանակցելուց հրաժարվող, ագրեսիվ գործողություններով իր առավելապաշտական մոտեցումները պարտադրելու փորձեր անող Ադրբեջանին բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ», - ասել է Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարը։

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի զրուցակիցներն իրենց համաձայնությունն են հայտնել առ այն, որ ուժի կիրառումն անընդունելի է, և ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորմանն այլընտրանք գոյություն չունի: Նրանք հրամայական են համարել կրակի անհապաղ դադարեցումը և Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո բանակցությունների շարունակումը:
