Օրինակ՝ Բելառուսը ձեռնամուխ է եղել իր երկրի ռազմական դոկտրինի փոփոխություններին:
Իհարկե պաշտոնական պարզաբանումն այն է, որ այն ժամանակի բերումով է փոփոխության ենթարկվում (վերջին անգամ 2002-ին էր փոփոխվել), սակայն փոփոխվող դրույթներից մեկը բավականին հետաքրքրական է:
Մասնավորապես խոսքը, Բելառուսի զինված ուժերի՝ արտերկրում ռազմական գործողություններ մասնակցության արգելման դրույթին է վերաբերում:
Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Բելառուսը մտահոգություն ուներ, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում կդիմեր անդամ երկրներին՝ ռազմական օժանդակության համար և օր առաջ փորձում է խմբագրել իր երկրի ռազմական դոկտրինը:
Մյուս կողմից, միջազգային փաստաթղթերում ամրագրված նորմերը ունեն առավել բարձր իրավաբանական ուժ, այս տեսակետից ռազմական դոկտրինի փոփոխությունները իմաստ կունենար այն դեպքում, եթե ժամանակին Բելառուսը համապատասխան պամանագիրը ստորագրած լիներ վերապահումներում (այդ մասին տեղեկություն ստանալ չհաջողվեց):
Հ.Գ. Միգուցե Բելառուսի շտապողականությունն այլ պատճառ ունի, ամեն դեպքում հետաքրքիր զուգադիպությամբ, այն շտապ կարգով խորհրդարանում սկսվեց քննարկվել վերջին օրերին:
