Թուրքիայի քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության համանախագահ Սելահաթթին Դեմիրթաշը մեղադրել է երկրի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին և վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պատերազմ հրահրելու մեջ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն ինքնավար տարածք էր: Հայաստանն  ու Ադրբեջանը խնդիրը պետք է կարգավորեին բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ, քանի որ պատերազմը որևէ կողմի օգուտ չի տա:

Ամենասկզբի պահից էլ Էրդողանն ու Դավութօղլուն սկսեցին պատերազմ հրահրող հայտարարություններ անել, «ադրբեջանցիները թող ճզմեն, անցնեն» ասելով նոր պատերազմ հրահրելու ոգևորության մեջ են»,- նշել է Դեմիրթաշը:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկելէ լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքումհրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչ միայն հայկականզինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը:Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններումՄարտունու պաշտպանական ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքիցիրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Թաթուլի Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: Ավելի ուշՍտեփանակերտի հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել ևս չորս վիրավոր քաղաքացիական անձ: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշում նախօրեինադրբեջանցիները գազանային կերպով գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակաի:

Հայկական կողմը 20 կորուստ ունի, 26 զինծառայող անհայտ կորած է, 72մարդ` վիրավոր: Հինգ մարդ էլ, այդ թվում` ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղական երկուհամայնքի ղեկավար, զոհվել է ավտոբուսի ռմբահարումից` Մարտակերտի ճանապարհին:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Պաշտպանության բանակի ժամանակին և արհեստավարժ գործողությունների շնորհիվ հնարավոր է եղել իրավիճակը վերցնելհսկողության տակ և զգալի կորուստներ հասցնել հակառակորդին. ապրիլի 1- 4-ը տեղի ունեցած մարտականգործողությունների ընթացքումադրբեջանականզինուժը տվել է մոտ 300 կորուստ, ոչնչացվել է 29 տանկ, 3 հետևակի մարտական մեքենա, 1 ինժեներական տեխնիկա, 2 ուղղաթիռ, 7 անօդաչու սարք, 1ՄՄ 21ռեակտիվ հրետանու մարտական մեքենա:
