Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մասնակցեց Արևելյան Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության համաժողովին:

Ողջունելով մասնակից երկրների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ ՀԱՕԿ նախագահը մասնավորապես շեշտեց. «Հակադոպինգային պայքարի խնդիրները տարեցտարի նոր թափ ու նոր ծավալ են ստանում: Տարեցտարի նոր մարտահրավերներ են առաջ գալիս, որոնք ուղղակի պարտադրում են ավելի ակտիվ ու ավելի համակարգված աշխատանք: Մենք գործ ունենք մի խնդրի հետ, որն առնչվում է ոչ միայն մարզիկներին, մարզիչներին, մարզական բժիշկներին, այլև հարյուր միլիոնավոր մարզասերների: Հակադոպինգային պայքարն այն ոլորտն է, որտեղ պարտվելու իրավունք մենք չունենք:

Սպորտում արդար մրցակցության և օլիմպիական գաղափարախոսության համամարդկային սկզբունքները պահպանելու համար մենք պետք է կրկնապատկենք մեր ջանքերը, երբեք կանգ չառնենք ձեռք բերածով և գտնենք աշխատանքի ավելի էֆեկտիվ մեխանիզմներ: Հայաստանի օլիմպիական կոմիտեն մշտապես կողմ է բոլոր ջանքերին, որոնք սպորտը հեռու կպահեն անարդարությունից, ոչ ազնիվ մրցակցությունից: Այստեղ մեր դիրքորոշումը հստակ է ' նման երևույթների հանդեպ պետք է լինել առավելագույնս անհանդուրժող և սկզբունքային: Մենք կողմ ենք միջազգային կառույցների հետ առավել սերտ և առավել էֆեկտիվ համագործակցության: Մենք վստահ ենք, որ հակադոպինգային պայքարի շրջանակներում պետք է բացառել որևէ քաղաքական ենթատեքստեր և կողմնապահություն: Ակնհայտ է, որ էֆեկտիվ պայքարը ենթադրում է ֆինանսական զգալի միջոցների ներդրում: Ոչ բոլոր պետություններն ու ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեներն են ի վիճակի դա ապահովելու: Այստեղ, իսկապես պետք է գտնվեն համագործակցության մեխանիզմներ' հակադոպինգային կազմակերպությունների, օլիմպիական կոմիտեների և պետությունների միջև: Ոլորտի մասնագետները մեծ ուրախությամբ են ասում, որ Հայաստանի Ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեն բավական առաջ է գնացել այս հարցում և մեզ մոտ խնդիրների լուծման և համագործակցության որակապես նոր բարձր մակարդակ է ապահովվել: Վստահ եմ, որ այս քննարկումների արդյունքում կքննարկվեն ոլորտին առնչվող բազմաթիվ կարևոր ու հրատապ խնդիրներ և կարվեն անհրաժեշտ առաջարկությունները: Մեկ անգամ ևս Ձեզ մաղթում լարված ու արդյունավետ աշխատանք, ու նաև անմոռանալի օրեր Հայաստանում»:

Համաժողովի հիմնական նպատակը՝ Արևելյան Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների համագործակցության բարելավում է: Համաժողովը ղեկավարում է Հայաստանի հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության ղեկավար Արեգ Հովհաննիսյանը:

«Քանի որ երկու երկիր՝ Հայաստանը և Վրաստանը, աշխատում են առավել բարձր մակարդակով, իսկ մյուս երկրներում հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության աշխատանքներն այդքան էլ բարձր մակարդակի վրա չեն, նպատակ ունենք մեր փորձը փոխանցել նրանց: Կքննարկենք նաև արյան թեստավորման գործընթացը: Յուրաքանչյուր երկրի համար կկազմակերպվեն 4 դոպինգ սպա, որոնք կկարողանան նաև արյուն վերցնել մարզիկներից»,- ասաց Հայաստանի հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության ղեկավար Հովհաննիսյանը:

Արևելյան Եվրոպայի տարածաշրջանային հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության երկպրյա համաժողովին մասնակցում են Վրաստանի, Մակեդոնիայի, Մոլդովայի, Հայաստանի, Մոնտենեգրոյի, Ալբանիայի հակադոպինգային կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀԱՕԿ լրատվության բաժինը:
