Ռուսաստանը ԼՂ հակամարտության պատճառով կարող է դադարեցնել զինտեխնիկայի մատակարարումն Ադրբեջանին

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային խորհրդում առաջարկվել է դադարեցնել Ադրբեջանին զինտեխնիկայի մատակարարումը` հիշեցնելով, որ ՌԴ-ն լրջագույն աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել Ադրբեջանի` զինված ուժերի ձևավորման հարցում, այդ թվում` ժամանակակից զինտեխնիկայի մատակարարման տեսքով: «Սակայն այնպես, ինչպես նրանք են օգտվում այդ տեխնիկայից, մեզ չափազանց ձեռնտու չէ, և մենք իրավունք ունենք այդ մասին ասել, պահանջել և որոշակի ճնշում գործադրել: Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանը կարող Õ § դադարեցնել զենքի վաճառքն Ադրբեջանին, եթե վերջ չտրվի ռազմական էսկալացիային և ռազմական հակամարտությանը, իսկ տվյալ դեպքում, այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում սահմանին` Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի օգտագործմամբ, կրում է, այսպես ասած, խիստ ագրեսիվ բնույթ»,- «Говорит Москва» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում ընդգծել է Դաշնային խորհրդի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովի առաջին փոխնախագահ Ֆրանց Կլինցևիչը:
Նրա խոսքով` տվյալ դեպքում օգտագործվել է ծանր զինտեխնիկա, ռեակտիվ համակարգեր-համազարկային կրակ: «Միաժամանակ, աղբյուրները նշում են, որ օգտագործվել են լրջագույն զինատեսակներ՝ ТОС-1 համակարգեր: Դա շատ ժամանակակից զինատեսակ է` հագեցած թերմոբարիկ զինամթերքով, և այն որպես օրենք օգտագործվում է, երբ պատրաստվում է հարձակման լուրջ օպերացիա»,- ասել է Կլինցևիչը:
Սենատորը նաև ավելացրել է, որ Ադրբեջանին զինամթերքի մատակարարումը դադարեցնելու հարցը պետք է բարձրացնի Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, քանի որ դա բարդ պայմանավորվածությունների հարց է, որոնցից շատերը կրում են փակ բնույթ:
