«Իսկանդերը» ե՞րբ ենք օգտագործելու. հարց ՊՆ փոխնախարարին.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

Երեկ, ժամը 18.30-ին Ազգային ժողով էին ժամանել ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանը և պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ մասնակցելու իրավիճակին նվիրված փակ լսումներին։ Պաշտպանության փոխնախարարին լսումներից առաջ մի քանի հարց ուղղեցինք՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչ է կատարվում, պարզվեց, որ զինադադարի պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախազահող բոլոր երկրների միջնորդությամբ, ինչպես նաև՝ նախաձեռնվել են բանակցություններ։
- Պարոն Տոնոյան, այս ինչ զինադադար է, որքան կտևի, ինչի հետ էր կապված։ Ճի՞շտ է, որ Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպման հետ Է կապված։
- Ես մեկնաբանություններ չտամ զինադադարի պատճառների վերաբերյալ, որովհետև պատճառները լրիվ այլ են. կա նախաձեռնություն և այդ նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում հիմա բանակցություններ են ընթանում, և ես այժմ իրավասու չեմ խոսելու դրա մասին։
- Վերականգնվե՞լ են այն դիրքերը, որ եղել են մինչև ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը։ Աղբյուրներ կան, որ Ջաբրայիլի, Մատաղիսի և Մարտակերտի ուղղություններով դիրքերի կորուստ ունենք այս պահի դրությամբ և դրա փոխարեն այլ համարժեք դիրքերի գրավում։
- Ես այսպես ձևակերպեմ, կա հակառակորդի կողմից որոշակի առաջխաղացում, բայց դիրքերի գրավում, այդպիսի հասկացություն ես չէի օգտագործի։
- Մինչև ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերվա դիրքային իրադրությունը վերականգնված չէ փաստորեն։
- Այս փուլում՝ մասամբ վերականգնված է։
- Իսկ որքանո՞վ է հնարավոր կողմերի վերադարձը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ շրջանակներում բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով։
- Ամեն ինչ կախված է միջնորդների աշխատանքի էֆեկտիվությունից և մեր զինված ուժերի գործողություններից։
- Ճի՞շտ է արդյոք, որ միջնորդը ռուսական կողմն Է
- ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի բոլոր համանախազահող երկրների ներկայացուցիչները միջնորդության մեջ ընդգրկված են, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանը։
- Պարոն Տոնոյան, քաղաքական գործիչները և հատկապես ժողովուրդը պնդում են, որ մենք ի վերջո պետք Է վերջ դնենք այս հարցին՝ հակառակորդին լուրջ տարածքային կորուստներ հասցնելով։ Մենք, նախ՛ ի վիճակի ենք դա անել այս պահին, և կգնա՞նք նման քայլի, թե՞ ոչ։
- Իհարկե, ի վիճակի ենք. իրադրությունից ելնելով որոշում կկայացվի։ Ամեն դեպքում մենք մեր պլաններն ունենք։
