ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ՀՔԾ է ուղարկել քննիչի կողմից քրեական գործի փաստական հանգամանքները խեղաթյուրելու վերաբերյալ ծառայողական քննության նյութերը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ներքին անվտանգության ծառայությունում կատարված ծառայողական քննությամբ բավարար տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ քննիչի կողմից իր վարույթում քննված քրեական գործի նյութերը խեղաթյուրելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալի միջնորդության հիման վրա իրականացված ծառայողական քննությամբ մասնավորապես պարզվել է, որ դեռևս ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում աշխատելու ժամանակահատվածում քննիչ Վ.Ալեքսանյանի վարույթում քննված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում կեղծվել է գաղտնալսումներ պարունակող ձայնասկավառակը։

Մասնավորապես՝  նշված գաղտնալսումների վերաբերյալ սկավառակի բնօրինակի փոխարեն քննիչի կողմից գործին կցվել է մեկ այլ սկավառակ, որտեղից բացակայել են գործով տուժողի հեռախոսահամարից կատարված որոշ զանգերի ձայնագրությունները, իսկ դրանց վերծանումների փաթեթից համապատասխանաբար հանվել են նշված հեռախոսազանգերի վերաբերյալ էջերը։

Նկատի ունենալով, որ ծառայողական քննության արդյունքները պարունակում են հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ դրանք ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ընթացք տալու համար։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀքրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
