ԱՊՀ-ի ՄԽՎ-ն հորդորել է վերականգնել հրադադարի ռեժիմը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում

 ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը հորդորել է ակտիվացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծում գտնելու գործընթացը եւ հնարավոր բոլոր գործողությունները ձեռնարկել հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերականգնման համար:

«ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների Միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովը լուրջ մտահոգություն է հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների եւ մարդկանց զոհվելու վերաբերյալ հաղորդումների կապակցությամբ… ՄԽՎ-ն հաստատակամորեն հորդորում է շահագրգիռ կողմերին՝ ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն եւ հնարավոր բոլոր գործողությունները ձեռնարկել հրադադարի ռեժիմի վերականգնման եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գոտում ստեղծված իրադրության կարգավորման համար»,- ասված է ՄԽՎ-ի խորհրդի նախագահ, ՌԴ Դաշնության խորհրդի խոսնակ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոյի հայտարարության մեջ:

ՄԽՎ-ն հանդես է գալիս Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի «բացառապես խաղաղ լուծում» գտնելու գործընթացի ակտիվացման, հակամարտության կողմերի միջեւ «կառուցողական երկխոսության» օգտին, նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

«ՄԽՎ-ն հետեւողականորեն պաշտպանում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծման եւ անընդմեջ բանակցային գործընթացի աջակցման սկզբունքը, պաշտպանում է ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդական ջանքերը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ, որը տարածել է Դաշնության խորհրդի մամուլի ծառայությունը, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
