«Թշնամուն պետք է կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկել». Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակ

Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկները համաձայն չեն, որ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հրամանատարությունը որոշել է հրադադար հաստատել: Նրանք փոխարենն առաջարկում են ծնկի բերել թշնամուն:
 
«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» ՀԿ-ից մի հայտարարություն ենք ստացել, որտեղ ասվում է հետեւյալը.
 
«1994թ. մայիսի 12-ին հայկական բանակի հաղթական ընթացքը կասեցվեց եւ առանց Ադրբեջանին կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկելու նրա հետ կնքվեց հրադադար: Հայկական կողմի նման անհեռատես քաղաքականության շնորհիվ Ադրբեջանն անցնող տարիների ընթացքում կուտակեց տնտեսական եւ ռազմական մեծ ներուժ, որի միջոցով մեր դեմ վարում է հետզհետե ուժգնացող հյուծիչ պատերազմ՝ նպատակ ունենալով գրավել Արցախը եւ ոչնչացնել հայկական գործոնը:
 
Այս օրերին մեր դեմ Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած աննախադեպ հարձակումների հերթական ալիքն է, որին հաջորդելու են այլ նորանոր ալիքներ:
 
Ինչպես առաջին Արցախյան պատերազմի, այնպես էլ հրադադարի եւ այս վերջին օրերի մեր թանկ զոհաբերությունը իմաստ կունենա, եթե հատուցվի թշնամու պարտությամբ եւ Հայրենիքի ազատագրմամբ: Ուստի 1994թ. սխալը երկրորդ անգամ կրկնելը հավասարազոր է գիտակցված պարտության: Կասկած չի կարող լինել, որ ոչ միայն «Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամների եւ մյուս ազատամարտիկների, այլեւ մեր հերոսական բանակի եւ մեր ամբողջ ժողովրդի պահանջն է հրադադար հաստատելու փոխարեն ջախջախիչ հարված հասցնելով ծնկի բերել ոխերիմ թշնամուն՝ ստիպելով նրան ենթարկվել կապիտուլյացիայի»:
 
Նշենք նաեւ, որ Շուշիի գումարտակի հրամանատարն է եղել Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանը:
