Կրակի դադարեցման պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի Գլխավոր շտաբի պետերի հանդիպման արդյունքում

Կրակի դադարեցման ուղղությամբ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվելապրիլի 5-ին Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր շտաբի պետերի հանդիպման ժամանակ: Այդմասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: «Երեկ Մոսկվայում հանդիպել են երկու երկրների ԳԽ պետերը և ձեռք բերել կրակի դադարեցման  պայմանավորվածություն: Ադրբեջանի կողմից գործողություններն աննախադեպ էին ոչ միայն 1994 թվականի զինադադարից հետո, այլև ընդհանրապես ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի համեմատ: Աննախադեպությունը պայմանավորված որ առաջին հերթին ռազմական տեսանկյունից՝ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով կրակի խտությամբ, կիրառված ռազմական տեխնիկայով, ներգրավված ուժերի և միջոցների քանակով, նրանց ԶՈՒ-ի մոտեցումն առաջին գծին, ինչպես նաև ժամանակային համեմատության մեջ նրանց մարդկային կորուստների մեծ քանակով: Հակառակորդի կորուստերի քանակը Պաշտպանության բանակի կորուստների համեմատ բազմակի էին՝ տասն անգամից ավելի»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ աննախադեպ է եղել հակամարտող կողմերի պատրաստության աստիճանը, վարձկանների, ահաբեկիչների առկայությունն Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերի տարբեր ուղղություններում: «Ակնհայտ էր նաև ագրեսիայի բնույթը, որովհետև նույնիսկ եթե նրանք ասում են, թե պատասխանում են մեր գործողություններին, դրանք նախօրոք նախապատրաստված և ոչ համաչափ քայլեր էին: Աննախադեպ է նաև Ադրբեջանի զինծառայողների դիակների, ռազմական տեխնիկայի առկայությունը ԼՂ տարածքում: Հումանիտար տեսանկյունից ևս ակնհայտ էր ռազմական հանցագործությունների առկայությունը՝ խոշտանգումները, գլխատումը հակառակորդի կողմից»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խոսքով ՝ այս օրերին ակնհայտ դարձավ մեր երկրի հասարակական համախմբումը, կամավորական շարժումը վերածնունդ ունեցավ, իսկ հայկական երկու պետություններում առկա է բարձր բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտ: Նախարարն ընդգծեց զինվորների և կամավորների  հերոսությունները, որոնց արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը ոչնչի չի հասել, նույնիսկ ռազմավարական առումով: «Այն տեղեկությունները, թե մի քանի բնակավայրեր գտնվում են հակառակորդի վերահսկողության ներքո, իրականությանը չեն համախատասխանում. Թալիշ, Նոր Սեյսուլան գյուղերը գտնվում են ԼՂ պ աշտպանության խորքում: Հարավում, կենտրոնում և հյուսիսում, ավելի թեժ կետերում, վերահսկողությունը, նախաձեռնությունը գտնվում են ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների ներքո»,- ընդգծեց Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ պետք է ազգովի գլուխ խոնարհենք մեր զինվորների, սպաների, կամավորների սխրանքի առջև, որքեր կարողացել են բարձր պահել ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների պատիվը:

Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարի դիտարկմամբ՝ ԼՂ ՊԲ փոխօգնության պայմանավորվածության շրջանակում ՀՀ-ից կամավորական շարժման, ինչպես նաև միջոցառումների իրականացման պայմաններում ՊԲ մարտունակության աստիճանը, կարողությունները, դասավորվածությունը, ծավալումը՝ համապատասխան հատվածներում, թույլ են տալիս ասելու, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է հակառակորդի կողմից հետագա գործողությունների կանխարգելմանը, արձագանքմանը և դեռ ավելին:

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբահամյանն էլ շեշտեց, որ հակառակորդի այս ագրեսիան ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք եռամիասնությունը:
