18,9 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում էներգետիկ ոլորտում

Վլադ Կարախանյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ կառավարության ս.թ. ապրիլի 6-ի նիստի որոշումներից երեքով գործադիրն արտոնություն է շնորհել գերակա ոլորտներում ներդրումային ծրագիր իրականացնող երեք ընկերության: Նախ բավարարվել է Վանաձորի «Գլորիա» կարի ֆաբրիկայի հայտը և ընկերությունն ազատվել է տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերի, հումքի և նյութերի ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից: «Գլորիան» տոլինգային եղանակով աշխատում է արտասահմանյան մի շարք ընկերությունների պատվերով` կարի ծառայություն իրականացնելով մատակարարի տրամադրած հումքով և սարքավորումով: Ամբողջ արտադրանքն առաքվում է եվրոպական երկրներ:
Ընկերության ներմուծած սարքավորումների վերաձևակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը թելադրված է Հայաստանի` ԵԱՏՄ-ին միանալու իրողությամբ, երբ գործում է «Ժամանակավոր ներմուծում» մաքսային ռեժիմի նոր ընթացակարգ: Արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կլինի նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և որպես դրա արդյունք` նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման համար:
Մեկ այլ արտոնությամբ` ԱԱՀ վճարման ժամկետի եռամյա հետաձգմամբ է օժտվել «Միջազգային էներգետիկ կորպորացիա» ՓԲԸ-ն: Ընկերության նպատակն է Երևանի ՀԷԿ-1 հիդրոէլեկտրակայանի հետագա բնականոն, անվտանգ էլեկտրամատակարարումը և արդիականացումը`օգտագործելով նշված տարածքի գետերի էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու ներուժը: Նախատեսվում է կատարել 18,9 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում, որից 9,6 մլրդ դրամը` սարքավորում ձեռք բերելու համար: Ներդրումային ծրագրի իրագործմամբ կստեղծվի մոտ 60 աշխատատեղ, միջին աշխատավարձը 2016թ. 232 հազարից 2018թ. կհասնի 265 հազար դրամի:
Կառավարության որոշմամբ «Բիոլաբ» ՍՊԸ-ի` ՀՀ ներմուծած ապրանքի նկատմամբ կիրառված «Վերամշակում մաքսային տարածքում» մաքսային ռեժիմի ժամկետը երկարաձգվել է մինչև 2018թ. մարտի 1-ը: Խնդիրն առաջացել է այն պատճառով, որ «Բիոլաբի» գործընկեր արտասահմանյան ընկերությունը ֆինանսական պատճառով նշված ժամկետում չի կարողացել կատարել իր պարտավորությունը, ուստի անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել արտոնություն տալ հայկական ընկերությանը, որպեսզի արտադրանքն այդ ընթացքում արտահանվի:
Վերը նշված երեք որոշումն էլ նպատակաուղղված են գործարար միջավայրի բարելավմանը, ընկերությունների ֆինանսական վիճակի կայունացմանը, աշխատատեղերի պահպանմանը կամ նորերի ստեղծմանը:
