Խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է քաղաքացու ոսկյա շղթան և խաչը

Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու քաղաքացուց ոսկյա շղթա և խաչ հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղե կատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի մարտի 23-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Մաշտոցի պողոտայում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով` վերադարձնելու պայմանով, վերցրել է քաղաքացու պարանոցի ոսկյա շղթան և խաչը, սակայն վերադարձնելու խոստումը չի կատարել և հափշտակել է՝ պատճառելով զգալի չափի գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են նշված տարածքում տեղադրված անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները, որտեղ երևում է այն տղամարդը, ով, ըստ տուժողի, վերցրել է ոսկյա զարդերը։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ նախաքննության իրականացումն ապահովելու համար միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութի մեջ պատկերված անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Ովքեր ճանաչում են տեսանյութում երևացող անձին կամ որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, խնդրում ենք հայտնել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին կամ ոստիկանության մոտակա բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
