Ֆրանսիայի ԱԺ-ում քննարկվել է ԼՂ-ում տիրող իրավիճակը

Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային ժողովի ապրիլի 5-ի նիստի ընթացքում Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությանն ուղղված հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող իրավիճակը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից: 

Ազգային Ժողովում սոցիալիստ, հանրապետական պատգամավոր Նատալի Նիեսոնը ներկայացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող լուրջ բախումները ադրբեջանական և հայկական ուժերի միջև` ընդգծելով, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումը սանձազերծվել է Բաքվի կողմից: Նատալի Նիեսոնը կառավարության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել նաև Թուրքիայի կողմնակալ հայտարարությունների վրա, որոնք հարցեր են առաջացնում՝ միջազգային հանրության խաղաղության կոչերի ֆոնին: Նատալի Նիեսոնը նշել է, որ հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, ինչպես նաև Ֆրանս-Ղարաբաղ բարեկամության շրջանաը և Մինսկի խմբում Ֆրանսիայի համանախագահությունը կարևոր հիմք են, որպեսզի Ֆրանսիան ուժեղ դրակատարություն ունենա հակամարտության կարգավորման մեջ։ Նատալի Նիենսոնի այն հարցին, թե ինչպիսի լուծում կարող է տալ Ֆրանսիան այս ծայրահեղ անկայուն իրավիճակին, պատասխանել է եվրոպական հարցերով պետքարտուղար Առլեմ Դեզիրը։ 

Առլեմ Դեզիրն իր պատասխանում, նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիան` որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահ երկիր, մեծ ուշադրությամբ հետևում է իրավիճակի զարգացմանը։ Նա նշել է նաև, որ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը հրադադարի կոչ է արել հենց շաբաթ օրը, նույն օրը, Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարար Ժան-Մարկ Էյրոն բանակցություններ է վարել Հայաստանի, իսկ հետո Ադրբեջանի իր գործընկերների հետ, ինչն իր դրական արդյունքներն է տվել. կողմերը համաձայնության են եկել հրադադարի շուրջ, ինչպես նաև Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդներին ընդունելու հարցում, որոնք կմեկնեն այսօր իսկ Բաքու, այնուհետև Ստեփանակերտ և Երևան։ Առլեմ Դեզիրը եզրափակել է իր ելույթը՝ նշելով, որ ներկայիս իրադարձությունները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում են, որ կայունության, համերաշխության և բարգավաճման հիմքը կարող է հանդիսանալ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցի վերջնական լուծումը: 

Պետքարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի մշտական հանձնառությունը եղել է և մնում է Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում բանակցությունների շարունակումը՝ ուժի կիրառման բացառման, տարածքային ամբողջականության և ժողովուրդների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հիման վրա։ «Սրանք են խաղաղության պայմանները»,- շեշտել է Առլեմ Դեզիրը:
