«Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերում հավաքներ են կայանում, որոնց մասնակցում են սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի մարտունակ տարիքի տղամարդիկ։ Ապրիլի 6-ին, ի թիվս Ադրբեջանին սահմանակից այլ համայնքների, նման հանդիպում է կայացել Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի Ոսկեպար գյուղում։ Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանային խորհրդի նախագահ Ռաֆիկ Ասլանյանը (Մուրոն) և ԵԿԱ Տավուշի մարզային վարչության նախագահի տեղակալ Հարություն Ղազինյանը հանդիպել են ոսկեպարցիների հետ, զենք ստանալու համար ցուցակագրում է արվել։ Ոսկեպարի մարտունակ տղամարդիկ զենք կստանան ըստ Նոյեմբերյանի զինկոմիսարիատում առկա կցագրումների, թե ով ինչ զենքի Է տիրապետում։
Հավելենք, որ Ոսկեպար գյուղը 1990– ական թվականների հայ-ադրբեջանական զինված հակամարտության տարիներին հերոսության և խիզախության բազում օրինակներ Է ցուցադրել, բազմաթիվ ոսկեպարցիներ են այդ կռիվներում զոհվել, վիրավորվել։ Այժմ Ղարաբաղում թեև լարվածությունը թուլացել Է, սակայն ամեն պահի մարտական թեժ գործողությունները կարող են վերսկսել։ Անկասկած, այդ պարագայում Տավուշի սահմանագոտին ևս դառնալու է կռվի թատերաբեմ։ Այս վտանգն աչքի առաջ ունենալով՝ մարզի սահմանամերձ գյուղերի ամեն բնակիչ զինվոր Է դառնում՝ պատրաստ պաշտպանելու հայրենի հողը»,–գրում է թերթը։
