ՀՀ կառավարությունը ստեղծում է էկոտուրիզմի կենտրոն: Կենտրոնը նպատակ ունի կոորդինացնել տեղական և միջազգային տուրիստական ընկերությունների և հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների գործունեությունը, ստեղծել էկոտուրիստական շտեմարաններ, ողջ էկոտուրիստական ռեսուրսները հավաքագրելու և կառավարելու համար:
Լավ է, շատ լավ է, բան չունեմ ասելու հարգարժան կառավարությանը, լավ է՝ սկսեք…Սակայն զուգահեռ սկսեք գոնե մայրուղիների, ճանապարհների կառուցումից, բարեկարգումից և ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծումից:
Էլի եմ գրել, բայց կրկին չգրել չեմ կարող, քանի որ անցյալ տարի բավարարվեցին միայն խորը փոսերը լցնելով:
Հավանաբար Հայաստանի համար Մեղրի-Երևան մայրուղուց կարևոր ճանապարհ չունենք: Այն մեր երկրի հարավային դարպասն է, կարևոր բեռնափոխադրումների, Պարսկաստանից եկող հազարավոր զբոսաշրջիկների, դեպի Արցախ տանող ճանապարհն է:
Մեկ անգամ գեղատեսիլ Գորիս, Տաթևեր ճոպանուղի, Տաթևի միջնադարյան վանական համալիր, մյուս զբոսաշրջային հետաքրքիր վայրեր գնացողն այդ ճանապարհը շահագործող-վերանորոգողների նախնիներին <<հիշելուց>> բացի, այլևս այնտեղ չի ցանկանա գնալ…Հատկապես սարսափելի վատ, անմխիթար վիճակում է Սիսիան-Գորիս հատվածը: Սիրիայի, Իրաքի, Լուգանսկի, Դոնեցկի ռմբակոծված ճանապարհները համեմատած ավելի բարվոք վիճակում են…Չմոռանանք նաև, որ այդ մայրուղին նաև ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Ճանապարհն առհասարակ այնքան է կարկատած ու ավերված, որ հիմնական ասֆալտե ծածկույթը չի երևում…
Միշտ ամոթի զգացում եմ ապրել երկրիս համար, երբ տեսել եմ պարսիկ վարորդների, նրանց ուղևորների սարսափած, ապշած ու զարմացած հայացքները…
Փորձեք նաև Արագած բարձրանալ՝ լճի մոտ…Ամբերդի՝ Հայասատանի գրեթե միակ պահպանված բերդի անխնամ վիճակի մասին էլ չեմ խոսում…
Իսկ դուք՝ էկոտուրիզմ, նոր կենտրոն, զբոսաշրջություն…Շտապ նոր պաշտոն, նոր հաստի՞ք է պետք…Ի՞նչ էկոտուրիզմ, ի՞նչ շտեմարան ու ռեսուրսներ, եթե հիմնական մայրուղիներն են ավերված…
