Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն իր երախտիքի խոսքն է հայտնել բոլոր կամավորականներին, ովքեր այս օրերին ցանկություն և պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցինք մեկնել Արցախ` պաշտպանելու իրենց հայրենակիցներին ադրբեջանական վայրագություններից: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվո ւթյան եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Սեյրան Օհանյանի խոսքում ասվում է.
«Այս օրերին բազմաթիվ ջոկատներ, օգտագործելով իրենց ունեցած փորձը, մեկնեցին և համալրեցին Պաշտպանության բանակի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները, և կարծում եմ, որ այսօրվա Հայկական բանակի հրամանատարների և զինվորների պատրաստությունը շաղախվեց մեր ազատամարտի վետերանների, երկրապահների, կամավորականների փորձառության հետ, և դա էլ հիմք հանդիսացավ այն հաջողության, որը մենք ունեցանք Արցախյան ամբողջ ճակատում:
Ես իմ երախտիքի խոսքերն եմ ուզում հղել մեր բոլոր մարտական ընկերներին, բոլոր կամավորականներին: Այդ խոսքերը ոչ միայն ես եմ հղում, այլև կարծում եմ, որ ամբողջ ժողովրդի խոսքերն են, մեր ղեկավարության, և հատկապես` բանակի ողջ անձնակազմի խոսքերն են:
Վտանգի պահին մենք միշտ միասնական ենք եղել: Եվ այս փորձությունն այդպես էլ մենք մեր վրա վերցրեցինք: Եվ կարծում եմ, որ այս փորձությունը մեզ միշտ սպասում է: Սա ուզում եմ ասել այն կամավորականների համար, ովքեր որ եկան, հերթագրվեցին, արտահայտեցին իրենց պատրաստակամությունը, բայց քանի որ Պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարությունը դիմել է ինձ, և իր երախտիքի խոսքերի հետ միասին ասել, որ այլևս համալրված են բոլոր ստորաբաժանումները, մնացածը թող իրենց պատրաստակամության արտահայտության հետ զբաղվեն պատրաստությամբ և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կմեկնեն Արցախ:
Այդ խոսքերն ուզում եմ փոխանցել իմ բոլոր մարտական ընկերներին, և ասել, որ երբևիցե չհուսահատվեք, չընկճվեք:Մեզ անպայման անհրաժեշտ են համարձակ մարտական ընկերներ: Այդ համարձակությունը, զգոնությունը թող միշտ ձեզ հետ լինի, և լինելով այստեղ` Հայաստանում, միշտ պատրաստ եղեք, որովհետև մեր պայքարը մշտական է, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մենք ձեզ կտեղեկացնենք, և դուք անպայման կմեկնեք մեր Արցախի հայրենակիցների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու:
Մենք, իհարկե, այս օրերին, հաջողությունների հետ մեկտեղ, շատ-շատ զինծառայողների, ազատամարտիկների հարազատների հետ նաև ցավ ենք ապրել, ցավ, որովհետև նրանք իրենց կյանքը տվել են մեր Հայրենիքի սուրբ հատվածի` Արցախի պաշտպանության համար: Բայց այսօրվա մեր ունեցած հաջողությունները, հաղթանակները մեզ անպայման ստիպում են, որ ցավը շաղախվի նրանց կատարած հերոսությունների սխրանքի հետ և կարծրանա որպես պատասխանատվություն` հետագա մեր գործողությունների համար:
Եվս մեկ անգամ իմ շնորհակալական խոսքը ձեզ բոլորիդ, եղեք համբերատար, և անպայման հաղթանակները կլինեն մեր հետ»:
