Ինչպիսի զինադադար էլ լինի, մենք միշտ պետք է պատրաստ լինենք հակահարձակման ու պատասխան տալու: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը` անդրադառնալով փաստին, որ Ադրբեջանը տարբեր ուղղություններով կրկին խախտում է կրակի դադարեցման պայմանավորվածությունը: «Մենք որևէ անգամ չենք վստահել մեր թշնամուն, քանի որ այն անկանխատեսելի է, իսկ մեր բանակը միշտ զգոն է»,-նշեց պատգամավորը: Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ինչ է անում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, որպեսզի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը դառնա բանակցությունների կողմ` Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նկատեց. «Մենք, բնականաբար, միջազգային հանրության առաջ ջանքեր ենք ներդրել, որ եթե պետք է շարունակվեն բանակցությունները, կլինեն զինադադարի ու այլ հարցերի շուրջ քննա րկումներ, դրանք պետք է լինեն ղարաբաղյան կողմի մասնակցությամբ: Միջազգային կառույցները, երբ այս օրերին այցելություններ են նախատեսում, ահաբեկչության ու ագրեսիայի ականատեսը կլինեն, և մենք պնդելու ենք, որ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կողմի հետ լինեն բանակցությունները»:

Անդրադառնալով հայտարարությանը, որ Զինված ուժերը կռվում են 80-ականների զենքով` Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը շեշտեց, որ եթե դրանք կարողանում են հակահարված տալ ադրբեջանական զինանոցին, ապա հայկական ոգին ավելի բարձր է ու մարտունակ, քան հակառակորդի զինանոցը: «Դուք նկատե՞լ եք, որ զենքի պակասի պատճառով որևէ տարածք զիջենք կամ խնդիր ունենանք: Մենք մեր բոլոր խնդիրները կարողանում ենք այսօր լուծել»,-ընդգծեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
