Ադրբեջանական չաստացված բլից-կրիգն ու դիվանագիտական պարտությունը էսկալացիայի ժամանակ

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս երկուսի գիշերը ադրբեջանական ստոևրաբաժանումները լայնածաալ հարձակման անցան ԼՂՀ ուղղությամբ: Բլից-Կրիգը ենթադրում է, որ հարձակվող կողմը պետք է շատ արագ հաղթանակի հասնի, որը չստացվեց ադրբեջանական կողմի մոտ: Նրանք նույնիսկ չկարողացան անցնել ԼՂՀ պաշտպանական առաջին գիծը: Էսկալացիայի ողջ ընթացքում նրանք կորցրել են մեծաքանակ ռազմական տեխնիկա և կենդանական ուժ:
Առաջին օրը լռություն էր ադրբեջանական լրատվականներում, չստացված պլաններից հետո չկար պլան Բ-ն: Այն նրանց մոտ սկսեց շրջանառվել ապրիլի 2-ի 16:00-ին: Նախահարձակ լինելու մեջ մեղադրեցին ԼՂՀ կողմին, բայց զգալով նաև այս քալի տապալումը, նրանք ստիպված ընդունեցին նախահարձակ լինելու փաստն ու այստեղից սկսվեց նրանց դիվանագիտական պարտությունների շարքը:
Հետաքրքրական է այն փաստը, որ խոշոր լրատվական ալիքը՝ CNN-ը, Մահմեդյարովին որպես օպոնենտ ներկայացրեց ԼՂՀ ԱԳ նախարարին: Այս փաստը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Արցախը դիտվում է որպես առանձին սուբյեկտ իր ինֆրասկտրուկտուրաներով և պաշտոնյաներով հանդերձ: Եղավ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարություն այն մասին, որ պետք է ԼՂՀ-ի հետ կնքել ռազմական փոխոգնության համաձայնագիր, սա ևս մեկ ազդակ էր, որ ԼՂՀ-ն սուվերեն պետություն է:
Հիմա Ադրբեջանը մի քանի խնդիր պետք է լուծի՝
Առաջին հերթին սեփական ժողովրդին ինչ-որ ձեև պետք է բացատրի, թե ինչու այդքան գովաբանված ադրբեջանական բանակը Բլից-Կրիգում լիակատար ձախողվեց: Փաստացի օգտագործելով ողջ ռազմական ներուժը, բացի ավիացիայից, իսկ ավիացիան անիմաստ կլիներ օդ բարձրացնելը, հաշվի առնելով Արցախյան տեղանքն ու մեր ՀՕՊ համակարգերը, ադրբեջանը ոչ մի հաջողություն չգրանցեց:
Երկրորդ՝ պետք է լուծի իր ներքաղաքական հարցերը, որովհետև, այս ամենը նա իր ներսում որպես հաղթանակ է ներկայացնում, բայց չկայացած հաղթանակն ունի բազմաթիվ տերեր ու նրանց մոտ պայքար է սկսել, այդ հաղթանակն իրենցով անելու համար; Բացի այդ լայն թափ է հավաքում Ալիևների օֆշորի սկանդալը:
Երրորդ՝ պետք է աշխարհին բացատրի ինչո՞ւ գնաց էսկալացիայի ու այս անգամ չի կարողանա խոսել հումանիզմից ու խաղարարաի դիրքերից, որովհետև բոլորն էլ տեսան զինվորի կտրած գլուխն ու տարեց մարդկանց գազանաբար հոշոտված դիակները: Հիմա հերթը մեր դիվանագետներինն է, որոնք հարցին մոտեցել են ունենալով արդեն հաղթական խաղաքարտեր:
