ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները համատեղ հայտարարություն են ընդունել

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի «Հայրենիք», «Ժողովրդավարություն», «Դաշնակցություն», «Շարժում-88» եւ «Վերածնունդ» խմբակցություններ համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել` կոչ անելով միջազգային կառույցներին եւ, առաջին հերթին, ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման միակ ճանաչվա ծ մանդատ ունեցող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությանը, հստակ իրավական ու քաղաքական գնահատական տալ վերջին օրերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հանդեպ իրականացված ահաբեկչական գործողություններին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ.
«Ս.թ. ապրիլի 2-ի լուսադեմին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով լայնամասշտաբ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելով` Ադրբեջանը կոպտորեն խախտել է 1994թ. մայիսին ստորագրված զինադադարի մասին եռակողմ պայմանագիրը:
Նախորդ տարիներին պաշտոնական Բաքվի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի պարբերաբար խախտումների հանդեպ միջազգային կառույցների անհամարժեք վերաբերմունքը հանգեցրել է ադրբեջանական կողմի աննախադեպ հարձակողական գործողությունների ծավալմանը, որի ընթացքում կիրառվել են բազմաթիվ արգելված զինատեսակներ, հրետակոծվել ու հրթիռակոծվել են սահմանամերձ մի շարք գյուղեր ու քաղաքներ, գրանցվել վայրագ սպանությունների եւ հակամարդկային բռնարարքների դեպքեր:
Մենք՝ ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր խմբակցությունների պատգամավորներս, որպես ժողովրդի ընտրյալ ներկայացուցիչներ, դատապարտելով Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած նոր ագրեսիան Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ՝
- վերահաստատում ենք, որ, կողմնակից լինելով ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, Արցախի Հանրապետության համար գերագույն խնդիրը եղել եւ մնում է իր ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովումը, որը վտանգված էր վերջին օրերի ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչության հետեւանքով,
- գտնում ենք, որ, ձեռնարկելով ռազմական գործողությունների նոր փուլ Արցախի ժողովրդի հանդեպ, Ադրբեջանը և նրան հովանավորողները փորձում են Հարավային Կովկասը դարձնել միջազգային ահաբեկչության նոր օջախ, որը լուրջ սպառնալիք է տարածաշրջանի անվտանգային համակարգին,
- բարձր ենք գնահատում երկրի ու ժողովրդի անվտանգության ապահովման համար ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի վստահ ու վճռական գործողությունները,
- կոչ ենք անում միջազգային կառույցներին եւ, առաջին հերթին, ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման միակ ճանաչված մանդատ ունեցող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությանը, հստակ իրավական ու քաղաքական գնահատական տալ վերջին օրերին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության հանդեպ իրականացված ահաբեկչական գործողություններին և կոնկրետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիան զսպելու ուղղությամբ:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման ամենակարճ ու միակ ողջամիտ ճանապարհը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իրավական ճանաչումն է, որը թույլ կտա լիարժեք ու միջազգայնորեն ընդունված երաշխիքներով ապահովել նրա ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն ու տարածաշրջանի կայունությունը»:
