Բաքվում  ՌԴ, Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովի, Ջավադ Զարիֆ և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի ապրիլի 7-ին կայացած եռակողմ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ Լավրովը և Մամեդյարովը պատասխանել են լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչպես կմեկնաբանեն ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում էսկալացիան։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Մամեդյարովը նշել է, որ միամիտները կարող են պնդել, որ դա կարելի է պահպանել երկար ժամանակի ընթացքում, և այս պարբերական բռնկումները, փոխհրաձգությունը կլինեն անխուսափելի: «Ես Սերգեյի հետ քննարկել եմ, ես վատատես եմ միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի հետ կապված, ոչ թե իրավիճակի սառեցման առումով, այլ որ դա կարող է պատրանք ստեղծել ինչ-որ մեկի մոտ, որ կարելի է այդպիսով պահպանել ստատուս-քվոն»,- նշել է Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը:

Լավրովը, պատասխանելով նույն հարցին, մանրամասնել է, որ Ռուսաստանը միգուցե ամենից շահագրգռվածն է կողմերի արտասահմանյան գործընկերների շարքում՝ հնարավորինս շուտ հասնելու հիմնահարցի կարգավորմանը, բայց զուգահեռ անհրաժեշտ է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ թույլ չտալու բռնության նման բռնկումները: Նա նշել է նաև, որ դիպուկահարները, նայելով շփման գծի մյուս կողմում գտնվող դիպուկահարին, տեսնում են մարդկային դեմք, ինչի արյդունքում նյարդերը կարող են չդիմանալ: Այնպես որ՝ անհրաժեշտ է նաև այս հարցը նկատի ունենալ՝ ավելացնելով ջանքերը քաղաքական կարգավորման ուղղությամբ:

Փաստորեն ՌԴ արտգոևծնախարարն, ի հակառակ Մամեդյարովի կարծիքի, ասել է, որ վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցները՝ դիպուկահարների դուրս բերումը, միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի համաձայնեցումը կարևոր են հակամարտության քաղաքական կագրավորմանը հասնելու համար։
