Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պետրո Պորոշենկոն երեկ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում վերահաստատել է պաշտոնական Կիևի դիրքորոշումը «միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված սահմաններում Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունը և տարածքային ամբողջականությունը սատարելու վերաբերյալ»:

Այդ մասին հաղորդում է ուկրաինական UNIAN լրատվական գործակալությունը: Հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ երկու նախագահներն իրենց անհանգստությունն են արտահայտել տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի սրման կապակցությամբ և «համակարգել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության առնչությամբ գործողությունները միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում»:

Past.am-ը կապ հաստատեց Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անդրանիկ Մանուկյանի հետ:

Պարոն Մանուկյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Ուկրաիան ունի տարածքային ամբողջականության խնդիր՝ կապված Ղրիմի, Դոմբասի հետ, նրանք միշտ այդ հայտարարություններն անում են: Մեր զրուցակիցն ընդգծում է՝ աշխարհում չկա նախադեպ, որ դեսպանն ազդեցություն ունենա նախագահի հայտարարության վրա: Ա.Մանուկյանը հավելելեց, որ, բնականաբար, կօգտագործի դիվանագիտական խողովակները՝ որոշակի գործընթաց ծավալելու համար: «Ես ուղարկել եմ Հայաստան նրանց արտգործնախարարի՝ Կլիմկինի հայտարարությունը:

Հայտարարության մեջ կոչ է արվում, որպեսզի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն ակտիվացնի ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ջանքերը: Ուկրաինան չի ասել Ադրբեջանին՝ մենք զինվորական աջակցություն կցուցաբերենք»,- նշեց դեսպանը: Ամենակարևորը, ըստ Մանուկյանի, այն է, որ այս օրերին շատ ուկրաինացիներ հայերի կողքին են, գալիս և հայտնում են իրենց աջակցության մասին:

Անդրադառնալով դեսպանատան և համայնքի աշխատանքներին՝ Մանուկյանն ասաց. «Եթե կապեր և ծանոթներ ունեք, ապա կարող եք հարցնել՝ ի՞նչ է կատարվում այստեղ, ի՞նչ ենք անում մենք: Հայ համայնքը մեծ աշխատանք է անում: Մարդկանց հայրենասիրական ոգին է բարձրացել, այստեղ գոյացել են հերթեր մարդկանց, որոնք ուզում են գնալ և մասնակցել կռվին: Արդեն 27 մարդ այստեղից տեղափոխվել է Ղարաբաղ: Նրանք արմատներով ղարաբաղցի են, ժամանակին հայտնվել են Ուկրաինայում: Մարդիկ իրենց ցանկությամբ,իրենց միջոցներով գալիս են Հայաստան: Նրանք ասում են՝ Հայաստանը մեր երկիրն է, մենք ամեն ինչ կանենք, որ պաշտպանենք: Նաև ասեմ, որ Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը չկարողացան խանգարել,որ Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունները մեզ թույլ տան կազմակերպել անցյալ տարի Ցեղասպանության հարյուրամյակի հետ կապված միջոցառումներ:Մենք հսկայածավալ միջոցառումներ արեցինք: Տեսնեիք, թե ինչեր էր գրում ադրբեջանական մամուլը, որ Ուկրաինան դեմքով շրջվել է դեպի Հայաստան և այլն»:
