«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը երեկ ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում լրագրողների խնդրանքով ներկայացրեց Արցախում իրավիճակի սրման օրը իրենց գործողությունները։
«Այդ օրը մենք, գտնվելով իմ աշխատասենյակում մինչև 01 ։30– ը, քանի որ տեղյակ էինք, որ հակառակորդը իրականացնում է որոշակի շարժ, և այդ տեղեկությունը արժանացել էր իմ ուշադրությանը, և ես հրավիրել եմ քննարկելու իմ գործընկերների հետ այդ տեղեկությունը, մասնավորապես հրավիրել եմ ՊԲ հրամանատարին, ԱԱԾ ղեկավարին, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանապետին։
Քանի որ մենք այս վերջին ժամանակներս գտնվում էինք ինտենսիվ կրակի տակ՝ հակառակորդի կողմից, մենք այդ տեղեկությունը ընկալել ենք որպես հերթական զարգացում և մեր գործողությունները այդ առումով ենք դասավորել՝ ենթադրելով, որ գործողությունները լոկալ բնույթ են կրելու։
Եվ մենք ցտեսություն ենք հայտնել և մեկնել ենք հանգստանալու։
ՊԲ հրամանատարը այնուամենայնիվ մեկնել է իր աշխատասենյակ և սկսել է լրացուցիչ ստուգումներ իրականացնել։ Եվ հակառակորդը գիշերը ժամը երեքին սկսել է լայնածավալ հարձակողական ռազմական գործողությանները հնարավորություն չեն տվել մեզ գնահատելու իրավիճակը։ Այն պահից, երբ ես հայտնվել եմ ՊԲ հրամանատարության կողքին՝ ծանոթանալով ստեղծված իրավիճակին՝ տվել եմ համապատասխան կարգադրություններ, հանձնարարականներ, ցուցումներ, ինչպես նաև տվել եմ հրաման ՊԲ հրամանատարին կազմակերպել ոչ թե դիմադրություն, այլ իրականացնել միջոցառումներ հակառակորդի գործողությունները կասեցնելու՝ նպատակ հետապնդելով նրա կենդանի ուժը և միջոցները ոչնչացնելու»,– մանրամասնեց Բակո Սահակյանը հավելելով, որ այդ հրամանը կատարել են Արցախի հերոսական բանակի ժամկետային զինծառայողները, սպայական կազմը, Արցախին օգնության հասած Մայր Հայաստանից կամավորականները, մեր հայրենիքի զավակները»,–գրում է թերթը։
