«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանում նախատեսված ԵՏՄ նիստը Երեւանից «ոտք առել», հասել է Մոսկվա, ոչ անհայտ Ղազախստանի «բարի կամքով»։ Բանն այն է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն կառուցված է անչափ հետաքրքիր սկզբունքով, եւ վերջինիս հիմնադիր անդամներից մեկի վետոն` որեւէ նախագծի կամ որոշմանն առնչվող, բավարար է, որ դրանք կյանքի չկոչվեն: Հիմնադիր անդամները երեքն են` Ռուսաստան, Բելառուս, Ղազախստան: Ընդ որում՝ ժամանակին արվեց ամեն ինչ, որ Հայաստանը չլինի հիմնադիր անդամների «շրջանակում»՝ անչափ տարօրինակ պատճառով` ժամանակային. Հայաստանն իբր ուշ անդամակցեց այդ անհասկանալի հիբրիդին, երբ հայտը շատ վաղուց էր տրվել: Քայլը կատարվեց Ղազախստանի ձեռամբ, Ռուսաստանի թելադրանքով:

Երկու դեպքում էլ` թե՛ ԵՏՄ համաժողովը Երեւանից Մոսկվա տեղափոխելու, թե՛ Հայաստանի` ԵՏՄ հիմնադիր անդամ չդառնալու «մեկենասը» Ղազախստանն է եղել: Պատճառն էլ անչափ պարզ է՝ Ռուսաստանը չի ցանկանում որեւէ կերպ նեղացնել Ադրբեջանին: 
Ի՞նչ պետք է անի Հայաստանն այս պարագայում: 

Չմասնակցի ապրիլի 13-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի ունենալիք այդ համաժողովին, պարզաբանելով՝ ինչու, եւ հիշեցնելով ժամանակին Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքերը. «Ղարաբաղի եւ Հայաստանի սահմանին հնչող կրակոցները Մոսկվայի, Աստանայի, Մինսկի ուղղությամբ են նաեւ հնչում»: 

Նաեւ առժամանակ պետք է սառեցնի այդ կառույցի հետ իր աշխատանքները, որոնք ի սկզբանե անարդյունք են եղել, ավելին` Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար առ ոչինչ են»:
