«Առավոտ» թերթը գրում է. «Իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում պահանջում է շուտափույթ քաղաքական լուծում գտնել ճգնաժամի կարգավորման համար՝ երեկ Բաքվում հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ նշելով. «Մենք գոհունակությամբ փաստել ենք հրադադարի ձեռք բերումը... Մենք հույս ունենք, որ պայմանավորվածությունը կպահպանվի եւ կիրագործվի, այդ թվում՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ գոյություն ունեն հայտնի համաձայնագրեր, որոնք ընդունվել են դեռեւս 90-ականներին: Ներկայիս իրավիճակը մեզնից բոլորից պահանջում է նախկինում ունեցած պայմանավորվածությունների ավելի ակտիվ դիտարկում, վստահության միջոցառումների մշակում շփման գծում: Դրանք քննարկվել են ԵԱՀԿ Միսնկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից»:

Այնուհետեւ Լավրովը հավելել է, թե ՌԴ-ն ու Ադրբեջանը անվտանգության հարցերով երկխոսության համար լավ հեռանկարներ ունեն. «Բանակցությունները համագործակցության լավ հեռանկարներ ցույց տվեցին տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ ներառյալ անվտանգության հարցերը»:

Ուշագրավ է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե՝ «աշխատում են անցյալ տարվա կեսերից Լավրովի կողմից ներկայացված առաջակների վրա»: Ի՞նչ առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել Մոսկվան: Պաշտոնական Երեւանին ու Ստեփանակերտին այդ առաջարկները ներկայացվե՞լ են: Դրանք համահո՞ւնչ են պաշտոնական Երեւանի՝ այս օրերին առաջ քաշած սկզբունքներին»:
