Մոսկվայում մեկնարկում է ԱՊՀ-ի ԱԳՆ խորհրդի նիստը, նախատեսվում է Նալբանդյան- Լավրով հանդիպումը

Մոսկվայում մեկնարկում է ԱՊՀ երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի (ԱԳՆԽ) նիստը, որի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի եւ Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումը: ԱՊՀ-ի ԱԳՆԽ-ի նիստը տեղի է ունենում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրադրության սրվելու ֆոնին, եւ, ակներեւ է, որ այդ թեման նույնպես կարծարծվի հանդիպմանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ԱՊՀ-ի ԱԳՆԽ-ի նիստի օրակարգը ներառում է 10 հարց, որոնք վերաբերում են Համագործակցության գործունեության հանգուցային ուղղություններին: Նիստի արդյունքում համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի նախագծերը կներկայացվեն ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների ու կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի քննարկմանը:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունում, «արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն առարկայորեն կխոսեն ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների բազմապլանային գործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարների մասին, կարծիքներ կփոխանակեն միջազգային քաղաքականության հրատապ թեմաների շուրջ, կարծարծեն արտաքին քաղաքական համակարգումն ամրապնդելու հարցերը, ինչպես նաեւ կծանոթանան 2015 թվականին ԱՊՀ-ի շրջանակներում բազմամակարդակ միջգերատեսչական կոնսուլտացիաների պլանի իրագործման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությանը եւ կհաստատեն 2016 թվականի համապատասխան ծրագիրը»:
Համագործակցության 25-ամյակի համատեքստում նախարարները «կքննարկեն ԱՊՀ-ի արդյունավետության հետագա բարձրացման, տարածաշրջանում բազմակողմ համագործակցության ժամանակակից իրողություններին նրա գործունեության ադապտացման ուղիները»: «Հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի գործակցության հումանիտար ոլորտին, իրավապահ բնագավառում համագործակցության ամրապնդմանը»,- նշել են դիվանագիտական գերատեսչությունում:
Օրակարգի առանձին կետ նվիրված է երիտասարդական քաղաքականության եւ զինված ուժերի համագործակցության բնագավառում ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների բազային կազմակերպությունների վերաբերյալ հարցին:
