Հակառակորդի արձակած կրակոցների հետևանքով զոհված սերժանտ Նորիկ Գասպարյանը Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքից էր:
2007թ.-ից ընդունվել էր Կապանի մշակույթի կենտրոնի Պարի աստղեր շոու ստուդիան, որպես պարող: Տարիներ անց դարձել էր պարի խմբի գլխավոր ղեկավար Էրիկ Քոչարյանի օգնական ու աշխատել էր որպես պարուսույց:
«Իրականացնելով իր մտահղացումները, բոլոր բարդ բեմադրություններն իրագործել էր, այսինքն ես արդեն երկրորդ պլանում էի: Սպասում էի բանակից վերադառնար, պարի խումբը հանձնեի իրեն, ես ուրիշ գործով զբաղվեի»: Shabat.am-ի հետ զրույցում ցավով է հիշում Էրիկ Քոչարյանը:
Նորայրն ընդունվել էր Խ. Աբովյանի հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի կուլտուրայի ֆակուլտետի պարարվեստի բաժինը, ուսումը կիսատ էր թողել ու գնացել էր բանակ, հետո պետք է գար ու շարունակեր այն , բայց կիսատ մնաց:
«Մեծ արվեստագետի կորցրեցինք, որովհետև համոզված էինք, որ մեծ բեմեր պետք է գրավեր ու դառնար Հայաստանի լավագույն պարային խմբերից մեկի մենակատարը, բայց կարիերան կիսատ մնաց» ,- ասում է Քոչարյանը:
Նրա բնութագրմամբ Նորայրը հրաշալի, բարի, անձնվեր մարդ էր. «Ինչպես նստեց տանկը դուխով գնաց, միշտ էլ այդպես դուխով է եղել: Ամբողջ կյանքը ինչքան պարել է ցանկացել է առաջինը լինել: Ամբողջ Կապանն է իրեն սիրում, անկախ նրանցից ճանաչում էին, թե՝ ոչ»:
