Հայկական կողմը երբեք հանդես չի եկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խաղաղապահների տեղակայման խնդրանքով, բայց և դեմ չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: «Եթե միջազգային կառույցները պնդեն խաղաղապահների տեղակայման անհրաժեշտությունը, մենք դեմ չենք լինի»,-ասաց Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: Նա նշեց, որ ներկայում խաղաղապահների տեղակայման վերաբերյալ կան նման քննարկումներ ու առաջարկություններ, բայց իմպերատիվ պնդում չկա: «Ամեն ինչ ցույց կտան բանակցությունները, եթե դրանք ընթանան նորմալ հունով: Նման որոշում դեռ չկա, երբ լրջացվեն այդ առաջարկները, մենք մեր տեսակետը կհայտնենք»,-հավելեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:

Պատգամավորը շեշտեց, որ ցանկացած պարագայում պետք է հույսը դնել սեփական ժողովրդի ուժերի ու մոբիլիզացիայի վրա: Նա նկատեց, որ անգամ 80-ականների վերջին նման ոգևորություն չէր տեսել հայ ժողովրդի շրջանում, ինչպես վերջին օրերին էր:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությանը, թե բանակցային սեղանին նոր առաջարկություններ են դրված, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ դրանք Կազանում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններն են: «Ես պետք է բոլորիդ տեղեկացնեմ, որ այն փաստաթղթերը, որոնց մասին հայտարարեց Լավրովը, դրանք վերաբերում են Կազանում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնց շուրջ Ալիևը ևս տասը անհավանական առաջարկություն էր արել, որոնք նա, սակայն, ձախողեց: Խոսքը վերաբերում է այդ համաձայնություններին, այլ համաձայնություններ ձեռք չեն բերվել»,-ասաց Բաղդասարյանը:

Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը վերահաստատեց, որ ներկայում հայկական կողմը պնդում է, որ «նման իրավիճակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է պարտադիր բանակցային կողմ լինի, և խնդիրների քննարկմանը մասնակցեն նաև ԼՂ իշխանությունները»:
