Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը ստորագրել է հրամանագիր, համաձայն որի՝ գեներալ-մայոր Միքայել Արզումանյանը նշանակվել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի N 19916 զորամասի հրամանատարի առաջին տեղակալ` ազատվելով ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի N 32964 զորամասի հրամանատարի պաշտոնից։

Ինչպես հայտնեցին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, Բակո Սահակյանի ստորագրած մեկ այլ հրամանագրով՝ գնդապետ Մասիս Միքայելյանը ազատվել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի N 19916 զորամասի հրամանատարի տեղակալի պաշտոնից։

Նույն օրը երկրի ղեկավարը ստորագրել է հրամանագիր՝ գնդապետ Բորիս Դավիդովին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի N 19916 զորամասի հրամանատարի տեղակալ նշանակելու մասին` կնքելով պայմանագիր հինգ տարի ժամկետով։

Համաձայն մեկ այլ հրամանագրի՝ գնդապետ Ալեքսանդր Գրիգորյանը նշանակվել է ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի N 32964 զորամասի հրամանատար` կնքելով պայմանագիր հինգ տարի ժամկետով։
