ՀՀ և ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարները կարևորել են հրադադարի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ ՄԽ համանախագահների առաջարկությունների իրագործումը

Մոսկվայում աշխատանքային այցով գտնվող ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ապրիլի 8-ին հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովին: Զրուցակիցները շարունակել են ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի լարման վերաբերյալ վերջին օրերին ունեցած քննարկումները:

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից փոխանցված հաղորդագրությունում նշված է. «Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով լուրջ հարված է հասցվել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին։ Նախարարի խոսքերով՝ հրատապ գործնական քայլեր են հարկավոր իրադրության կայունացման համար:

Սերգեյ Լավրովը նշեց, որ իրավիճակի սրման հենց սկզբից Ռուսաստանը ջանքեր է ներդրել կրակի դադարեցման ուղղությամբ։ Նա անընդունելի համարեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ուժի կիրառումը, կարևորեց ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին պայմանավորվածության պահպանումը և նման իրավիճակների կրկնության բացառումը, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափում բանակցային գործընթացի շարունակման համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծումը։

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարները կարևորեցին հրադադարի ռեժիմի ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից արված առաջարկությունների իրագործումը։

Սերգեյ Լավրովը Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին տեղեկացրեց Բաքվում կայացած ռուս-ադրբեջանական հանդիպումների մասին։

Նախարարներն անդրադարձան տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության շուրջ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման ընթացքին, հայ-ռուսաստանյան երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցերին։

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները քննարկեցին միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային մի շարք հրատապ խնդիրներ։ Անդրադարձան Մերձավոր Արևելքում տիրող իրավիճակին, փոքրամասնությունների, հատկապես՝ քրիստոնյաների պաշտպանության հարցերին, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում միջազգային հանրության ջանքերին»։
