Բացահայտվել է Երևանում 21-ամյա երիտասարդի մահվան պատճառ հանդիսացած դանակահարության դեպքը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք -Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ապրիլի 8-ին Երևանում 21-ամյա երիտասարդի դանակահարության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016թ. ապրիլի 08-ին` ժամը 14:10-ին, Մ.Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-պատռված թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 1995թ. ծնված Ազատ Աբրահամյանը: Ժամեր անց երիտասարդն առանց գիտակցության գալու հիվանդանոցում մահացել է:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ա.Աբրահամյանին կյանքի համար վտանգավոր մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 08-ին` ԵՊՀ-ին հարող տարածքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել վիճաբանության մասնակիցների վերաբերյալ: Ապրիլի 9-ի վաղ առավոտյան ինքնակամ ներկայացել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 24-ամյա բնակիչ Գ.Սարգսյանը և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել բազմաթիվ վկաներ, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզաբանելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվող կամ մեղադրվող անձը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով`դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
