Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ցանկացած պատերազմ քննություն է. քննություն ազգի ու պետության համար: Սակայն դա հատկապես քննություն է պետության գլուխ եղած քաղաքական իշխանության համար, որ հստակ ցույց է տալիս, թե որքանով է պետությունն արդյունավետ կառավարվել, որքանով է այն ունակ ապահովել ու երաշխավորել քաղաքացու՝ ամենից կարևորագույն անվտանգության ու պաշտպանված լինելու պահանջմունքի բավարարումը:

Եթե պետությունը անցնում է այդ քննությունը, ապա ամեն բան նորմալ է և հեռանկարում զարգացումը կանխատեսելի է: Եթե չի անցնում՝ կորցնում է իր պետականությունը կամ մասնակիորեն խաթարվում է նրա գոյության ուղին: Փաստորեն, եթե պետությունը չի անցնում այդ քննությունը, ապա անցյալում նրա որդեգրած ուղին, ծախսված ռեսուրսները կորսած հնարավուրթյունների մի ճանապարհ է:

Հիմա պետք է անկեղծ ու շիտակ լինենք ինքերս մեզ հետ ու հասկանանք, թե ընդունելով վերջին մարտահրավերները՝ արդյոք անցե՞լ ենք այդ քննությունը, թե՝ ոչ: Անկախ յուրաքանչյուրիս պատասախանից, վերջին չորս օրվա լարումը մի բան հստակ ցույց տվեց. մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ հարցեր, որոնց պատասխանները մեզանից բավարար ազնվություն ու կամք են պահանջում: Ու եթե մենք ինքերս մեզ հետ իրապես խիզախ չգտնվենք ու ոչ միայն չպատասխանենք կուտակված հարցադրումներին, այլ նաև համապատասխան ու համարժեք հետևություններ չանենք, վարք չդրսևորենք, հիմք ընդունելով երկրի ու հասարակության շահը, ապա գալիք մարտահրավերներին միգուցե և չկարողանանք ադեկվատ արձագանքել:
