«Հայկական ժամանակ». Ավանդույթի ուժը հանրային կյանքի կազմակերպման հարցում

«Ազգագրագետ Հրանուշ Խառատյանը երեկ մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հաստատել է, որ Վարդավառը հուլիսի վերջին նշելու՝ Տավուշի մարզում հաստատված սովորությունը բխում է հեթանոսական ժամանակներից: Ըստ ազգագրագետի, հեթանոսական ժամանակներում այդ տոնը ընդունված է եղել նշել սարերում, ջրերի ակունքների մոտ և այն կապված է եղել բերքահավաքի սեզոնի մեկնարկի հետ: Ենթադրվում է, որ այս տոնի անբաժանելի մաս է եղել նաև կենդանիների զոհաբերությունը:
Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ մինչև օրս էլ այն տավուշցիները, ովքեր հնարավորություն անեն Վարդավառը նշում են սարերում, աղբյուրների մոտ և սովորաբար գառ են մորթում տոնի առիթով: Փաստորեն տոնը նշելու ժամկետների և բովանդակության ավանդույթը Տավուշի մարզում կենդանի է հազարավոր տարիներ: Վերջին 1700 տարվա ընթացքում Հայ-առաքելական եկեղեցին, փաստորեն, բոլոր հնարավոր ջանքերը գործադրել է Վարդավառը իր տոնացույցին և բովանդակությանը համապատասխանեցնելու համար: Շատ տեղերում եկեղեցին հաջողության է հասել, բայց Տավուշի մարզում, ըստ էության, չի հաջողել: Ավանդույթը չեն փոխել ոչ օտար տիրապետությունները, ո՛չ խորհրդային կարգերը, ո՛չ անկախությունն ու Հայ-առաքելական եկեղեցու ակտիվ քարոզչությունը: Իջևան-Դիլիջանում տոնը նշում են մոտավորապես այնպես, ինչպես նշել են հազարամյակներ առաջ:
Այս ամենից, որքան էլ տարօրինակ թվա, հարկավոր է նաև քաղաքական և քաղաքագիտական եզրակացություն անել: Այդ եզրակացության մեջ ոչ մի սենսացիոն բան չկա, բայց շատ կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ հանրային կյանքի կազմակերպման որևէ ոլորտում չի կարելի անտեսել ավանդույթի ուժը, չի կարելի հաշվի չնստել ավանդույթի հետ: Հազարավոր տարիների ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել պատմական իրադարձություններ, կոտորածներ, պետությունների փլուզումներ և նոր պետություններ են ձևավորվել, բայց աշխարհի այս փոքրիկ անկյունը՝ Տավուշ անունով, պահպանել է Վարդավառի իր ավանդույթը: Ընդ որում հիմա էլ Հայ-առաքելական եկեղեցին համարում է, որ դա վատ ավանդույթ է, բայց դրա հետ որևէ բան անել չի կարող: Համենայնդեպս մինչև այժմ չի կարողացել:
Եվ այս փոքրիկ օրինակը ցույց է տալիս, որ կան հարցեր, որոնք հնարավոր չէ լուծել վարչական որոշմամբ, հրամանագրերով ու կոնդակներով, նույնիսկ օրենքներով, և ընդհանրապես որևէ հարց լուծելուց առաջ պետք է լրջորեն հետազոտել դրա արմատները, ավանդույթի խորությունն ու ուժը և դրանից հետո միայն զբաղվել այդ հարցերը լուծելով»,–գրում է թերթը։
