 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ապրիլի 9-ին ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովին, Ջեյմս Ուորլիքին, Պիեռ Անդրյոյին և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, համանախագահները Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարին տեղեկացրին Ստեփանակերտում` Արցախի իշխանությունների և Բաքվում` Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության հետ ունեցած հանդիպումների մասին։

Խոսելով մարդկային բազմաթիվ զոհերի պատճառ հանդիսացած Ադրբեջանի հերթական ագրեսիայի մասին՝ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ասաց. «Բոլորի համար ակնհայտ է, որ այս հարձակումը նախորոք ծրագրված և նախապատրաստված գործողություն էր։ Բաքուն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ կիրառեց իր կուտակած հարձակողական ողջ զինանոցը, որը ձեռք էր բերվել վերջին տարիներին։ Տեղի ունեցավ այն, ինչի մասին մենք բազմաթիվ անգամ զգուշացրել ենք միջազգային հանրությանը, համանախագահ երկրներին. Բաքվի՝ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքներին չհակազդելու դեպքում դրանք կարող են բերել այնպիսի հետևանք ների, որոնց ականատեսը մենք դարձանք այս օրերին»։

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով լուրջ հարված է հասցվել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին։ Նախարարի խոսքով` հրատապ քայլեր են հարկավոր իրադրության կայունացման համար։ Զրուցակիցները մտքեր փոխանակեցին այս ուղղությամբ գործադրվող քայլերի մասին։
