Չնայած վերջին օրերին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում լարվածության թուլացմանը՝ հակառակորդի ագրեսիան կասեցնելու նպատակով Հայաստանի տարբեր հատվածներից և սփյուռքից Արցախ ժամանած կամավորականները շարունակում են լինել հայ զինվորի կողքին:

Արցախի զորամասերից մեկում «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը հանդիպեց բազմաթիվ կամավորականների, ովքեր վստահեցնում էին, որ շարունակելու են մնալ հայ զինվորի կողքին, որքան որ անհրաժեշտ է: Նրանք նշում են, որ պատրաստ են կասեցնել հայրենիքի նկատմամբ թշնամու կողմից ցանկացած ոտնձգություն:

65-ամյա Խորեն պապիկն այս օրերին նույնպես եղել է առաջնագծում  ու վստահեցնում է, որ մինչև վերջ նվիրվելու է հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը, կանգնած է լինելու հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանող հայ զինվորի կողքին: Խորենը  ծնվել է Հայաստանի Ջերմուկ քաղաքում, բայց երկար ժամանակ ապրում է Արցախում: «Հակառակորդը ոտնձգություն էր թույլ տվել մեր սահմանների նկատմամբ ու հիմա ես մեր զինվորի կողքին եմ: Ես ընդհանրապես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ պատերազմի համար հենց իմ տարիքի մարդիկ են պետք: Մենք թշնամու դեմ կկռվենք, մեր երիտասարդները թող ամուսնանան, ընտանիք կամեն, երեխաներ ունենան ու շենացնեն հայրենիքը, իսկ մենք մեր կյանքն արդեն ապրել ենք: Կռվել ենք ու շարունակելու ենք կռվել: Զենքն ունեմ, փամփուշտներն ունեմ, ինձ ուրիշ բան պետք չէ»,- ասաց Խորեն պապիկը՝ հպարտորեն վեր բարձրացնելով ինքնաձիգն ու բացականչելով՝ «Կեցցե ազատ, անկախ Արցախը, կեցցե Հայաստանն ու ողջ հայությունը»:

Ծանր պահին հայ զինվորի կողքին լինելու համար Ստավրոպոլից Արցախ է ժամանել նաև Սարգիս Հայրումյանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նա ընդգծեց, որ Արցախ է՝ ժամանել մարտի 5-ին: «Ստավրոպոլից մենակ եմ եկել: Մարտերի դեռ չեմ հասցրել մասնակցել, բայց անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ եմ դուրս գալ թշնամու դեմ, լինել մեր զինվորների կողքին: Ես հենց դրա համար էլ եկել եմ»,- նշեց Հայրումյանը:
