Մարտակերտում վերականգվում են հակառակորդի ռմբակոծությունից հետո վնասված տներն ու դպրոցը

Մի քանի օր ադրբեջանական զինուժի ռմբակոծության տակ գտնվող Արցախի Մարտակերտ քաղաքում ենթակառուցվածքների վերականգման աշխատանքներն ընթացել են գնդակոծությանը զուգահեռ:
Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Վարդան Խաչատրյանը պատմեց, որ հրթիռներից մեկը 10 կիլովատ ժամ հզորությամբ լարերով երկու հենասյուն է գցել, սակայն քաղաքի էլեկտրականությունը վերականգվել է դրանից 30 րոպե հետո:
«Հակառակորդի անօդաչու սարքը շարքից հանեց նաև 35 կիլովատ ժամ հզորություն ապահովող հենասյունը, սակայն Մարտակերտում հրթիռակոծության հետևանքով ամենաշատը լույս չի եղել ընդամենը 2.5 ժամ: Թշնամին կրակել էր գազատար խողովակի վրա, 25 րոպեի ընթացքում մենք կատարեցինք զոդման աշխատանքները, իսկ այդ պահին քաղաքը գնդակոծության տակ էր: Նաև ջրամատակարարման վնաս եղավ, իսկույն վերականգնեցինք: Մենք այ դ պատերազմական իրավիճակում ունեցել ենք հոսանք, ջուր, գազ, ոչ մի խնդիր չենք ունեցել»,- նշեց Խաչատրյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ գնդակոծության հետևանքով վնասներ է կրել քաղաքի թիվ 1 միջնակարգ դպրոցի շենքը, կոտրված են շենքի բոլոր ապակիները: «Այս պահին այդ վերականգնողական աշխատանքները ընթանում են: Վնասվել է նաև 18 բնակելի տուն: Արդեն շինարարական կազմակերպություններն այդ տներում աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում: Մեր հասարակական սպասարկման տարածքի տանիքն է վնասվել, որին մենք անպայման անդրադառնալու ենք»,- ասաց Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարը:
Վարդան Խաչատրյանը նաև նշեց, որ սկսել են Մատաղիս գյուղի դպրոցի պատուհաններն ու դռները վերականգնելու աշխատանքները, որը նույնպես վնասվել է հակառակորդի գնդակոծության հետևանքով:
«Մենք արդեն պատվիրել ենք պատուհաններն ու դռները, որոնք պետք է փոխվեն: Շինարարներն էլ արդեն դպրոցում չափումներն են անում, որպեսզի պատրաստեն դռներն ու պատուհանները: Հաշվարկված են Մատաղիս գյուղի ավերածությունները: Հիմա այնտեղ այնպիսի վիճակ է, որ մարդիկ կարող են վերադառնալ ու ապրել իրենց տներում: Հիմա մենք սպասում եք, որոշ ժամանակ անց կտանք վերադառնալու հրահանգը:
Այս պահին Մատաղիս գյուղում 43 մարդ է բնակվում: Շատ ուրախալի է, որ առանց մեր հրահանգի էլ կանայք վերադառնում են գյուղ: Հիմա մի փոքր էլ կսպասենք, կարծում եմ՝ մի քանի օրից Մատաղիսին կանդրադառնանք»,- մանրամասնեց Խաչատրյանը:
Մի քանի օր հակառակորդի գնդակոծության տակ է եղել նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ գյուղը, որտեղ այս պահին 25 մարդ է բնակվում: «Կանայք և երեխաներ Թալիշում հիմա չկան: Մնացել են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր անասուևներ ունեն, տներին են հետևում, Թալիշում էլ ապրում են ու միևնույն ժամանակ ծառայում են»:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է Մարտակերտ քաղաքին, ապա գնդակոծության ընթացքում քաղաքից տարհանում չի եղել: Եղել են մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց ընտանիքներին ավելի ապահով վայրեր են տարել առանց ընդհանուր հրահանգի, սակայն հիմա աստիճանաբար բոլորը վերադառնում են:
