Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ապրիլի 10-ին տեղի ունեցավ զինվորների մարմիների փոխանակում, որից հետո պարզ դառավ, որ քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացում մենք տվել ենք 65 զոհ։
Պատերազմը սպորտ չի, և ցավոք ամեն սխալը մարտի դաշտում կարող է կյանք արժենալ։ Սակայն երբ ես նայում եմ այս 19-20 տարեկան երիտասարդների աչքերին, ինձ թվում է, որ մեր բոլորի հավաքական սխալներն են, որի համար իրեն վճարել են իրենց կյանքով։ Ուստի և իրենցից յուրաքանչյուրի հետ մենք ենք նաև մասամբ զոհվել, սակայն և շարունակելով ապրել, պետք է հիմա արդեն ապրենք նաև իրենց փոխարեն։
Իրենց կյանքը մենք այլևս վերականքնել չենք կարող։ Սակայն կարող ենք մեր կյանքով, գործով, նվիրումով, համառությամբ և անվեհերությամբ խաղաղություն պարտադրել հակառակորդին, և արդարություն հաստատել սեփական երկրում։ Եթե հակառակորդը իմանա, որը մեկին տաս կորուստ է տալու, էլ պատերազմի չի սկսի։ Եթե մեր ներսի տականքը իմանա, որ իրեն էլ չենք հանդուրժելու, երկիրն ու բանակը էլ չի թալանի։ Սա բոլորիս գործն է, բայց միասին կարող ենք անել, ոչ մի հրաշք այստեղ չկա;
Այսօր նաև, պետք է սատար կանգնենք որդեկորույս ընտանիքներին - և այս 65-ին, և բոլոր նրանց, որոնք մինչ այդ որդի են տվել հայրենքի զոհասեղանին։ Հայրենիքը նրանց պարտք է, և այդ հայրենիքը մենք են, մեզնից յուրաքանրյուրը։
Հավերժ հիշատակ մեր հերոսներին, և հավերժ փառք։
