Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած 4-օրյա պատերազմից դասեր քաղելով` միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է պարտադրի հետաքննող սարքավորումների տեղադրումն ու արգելի ագրեսիորին զենք վաճառելը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարեց ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտականհանձնաժողավի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը` հավելելով. «Իսկ ովքեր զենք կվաճառեն, պետք է համարվեն ագրեսորին մեղսակից»: «Ինչ վերաբերում է աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը, ապա այն պետք է հասկանա, որ մեր ոգին շատ բարձր է, բայց զուտ ոգով ադրբեջանական զինուժի դեմ պայքարելն ամենաարդյունավետ ճանապարհը չէ: Մենք պետք է զորաշ արժ կազմակերպենք մեր բոլոր սպայականների շրջանում»,-ասաց պատգամավորը: Գագիկ Մինասյանը շեշտեց, որ իշխանություններն էլ պետք է հաղթահարեն մի շարք խնդիրներ, որպեսզի հայ հասարակությունը էլ ավելի միահամուռ լինի, իսկ տնտեսությունը` մրցունակ:
Գագիկ Մինասյանի դիտարկմամբ` միասնականությունը, որ դրսևորեցին հայերը` մոռանալով քաղաքական, տնտեսական, մշակութային և այլ ասպարեզներում տարաձայնությունները, անակնկալի բերեց հակառակորդին, որը մի քանի անգամ զինադադար մուրաց: «Բոլորս ապացուցեցինք, որ մեր երկրի պետական գերակա շահը մեր հայրենքի մի կարևոր հատվածի՝ Արցախի անվտանգությունն է: Դա եղել նաև 90-ականներին, բայց այն, ինչ տեսանք այս օրերին, շատ կարևոր էր»,-փաստեց պատգամավորը:
«Արդյոք հայկական բանակը վերափոխման կարիք չունի՞» հարցին ի պատասխան` պատգամավորը նշեց. «Աշխարհում դուք չեք գտնի մի բանակ, որը բարեփոխման ենթակա չէ: Ցանկացած բանակ ցանկացած պահի բարեփոխման կարիք ունի: Իհարկե, բայց միաժամանակ դուք չեք գտնի բանակ, որը, մարտնչելով քանակապես ու տեխնիկապես իրեն գերազանցող բանակի դեմ, առաջին անակնկալի էֆֆեկտի ազդեցությունը զրոյացնի այս ձևով: Այս առումով այն ամենը, ինչ արեց մեր զինվորը, ամեն գովասանքից վեր է»:
