Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, Բակո Սահակյանը բարձր է գնահատել տարբեր երկրների, նրանց քաղաքական եւ հասարակական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների սատարումը խաղաղ գործընթացին եւ ագրեսիայի դատապարտմանը՝ դա համարելով սկզբունքայնության եւ մարդասիրության դրսեւորում:
