Սերժ Սարգսյանը ՄԱԿ-ի ԳՔ տեղակալին ներկայացրել է շփման գծի իրավիճակը (լուսանկար)

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Ջեֆֆրի Ֆելթմանին:
Հանդիպման սկզբում զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանի կայունությանը եւ անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Նշելով, որ Ջեֆֆրի Ֆելթմանի այցը համընկել է այնպիսի բարդ ժամանակահատվածի հետ, երբ տարածաշրջանի անվտանգությունը կրկին վտանգված է, Հանրապետության Նախագահը ներկայացրել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շփման գծում օրեր առաջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ընդգծելով, որ 1994թ․ զինադադարի հաստատումից հետո Ադրբեջանը սանձազերծել է ռազմական գործողություններ՝ հերթական անգամ կոպտորեն խախտելով ուժ կամ ուժի սպառնալիք չգործադրելու հիմնարար սկզբունքը: Նախագահ Սարգսյանն այս իրավիճակում էլ ավելի է կարեւորել ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալի՝ որպես միջազգային անվտանգության եւ խաղաղության պահպանության համար պատասխանատու կառույցի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի ներկայությունը տարածաշրջանում: ՀՀ Նախագահի խոսքով, Ջեֆֆրի Ֆելթմանի այցը Հայաստան եւ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրներ հնարավորություն կընձեռի հանդիպումների արդյունքում հստակ եւ ճշգրիտ պատկերացում կազմել ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին:
Ջեֆֆրի Ֆելթմանը, նշելով, որ ՄԱԿ-ը հանդիսանում է բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ջատագովը, ընդգծել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահողների դերակատարումը որպես խաղաղ կարգավորման համաձայնեցված ձեւաչափ:
Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել Հայաստան-ՄԱԿ համագործակցությանը: Ջեֆֆրի Ֆելթմանը նշել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ում կարեւորում են այն դերը, որ կատարում է Հայաստանը Կազմակերպությունում, մասնավորապես՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության եւ սկզբունքների իրագործման գործում: Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի պատրաստակամությունը` շարունակելու ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը ՄԱԿ-ի եւ նրա կառույցների գործունեությանը: Հայաստան-ՄԱԿ համագործակցության համատեքստում կողմերը կարեւորել են նաեւ ՄԱԿ-ի զարգացման ծրագրի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող սահմանային անցակետերի արդիականացման ծրագիրը, որպես համագործակցության լավ օրինակ:
