ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ն խորհրդարանական մակարդակում պատրաստ է աջակցել ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման ՄԽ ջանքերին

ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի բյուրոյում` Կոպենհագենում, ապրիլի 11-ին տեղի է ունեցել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրին նվիրված քննարկում, որի ընթացքում ելույթով հանդես է եկել Հարավային Կովկասի հարցով ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ բուլղարացի Քրիստիան Վիգենինը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, քննարկմանը ներկա են գտնվել ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ նախագահ Ֆինլանդիան ներկայացնող Իլկա Կաներվան, վեհաժողովի փոխնախագահները և վեհաժողովի առանձին հանձնաժողովների ներկայացուցիչներ: Հանդիպման մասնակիցները` վեհաժողովի անունից հույս են հայտնել, որ հաստատված հրադադարը կայուն կլինի, ինչպես նաև ցանկություն են հայտնել իրենց ներդրումն ունենալու հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացում:
«Իմ գործընկերները և ես միասնական ենք և հույս ենք հայտնում, որ թշնամական գործողություններն ամբողջությամբ կդադարեն: Ինչպես վերջին շաբաթվա, այնպես էլ վերջին 20 տարիների մարդկային կորուստներն ուղակիորեն անհանդուրժելի են տարածաշրջանի ժողովրդի համար: Մենք պարտք ունենք այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր պարբերաբար տուժում են բռնությունից, որդեգրելու հեռուն գնացող մոտեցում հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ճանապարհներ գտնելու համար»,- նշել է ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ նախագահ Իլկա Կաներվան:
Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Քրիստիան Վիգենինն էլ նշել է, որ անցած շաբաթ բռնությունների նշանակալի աճը ցույց է տալիս քաղաքական գործընթացին արագորեն վերադառնալու անհրաժեշտությունը: «Չնայած անմիջական ջանքերը կենտրոնացված են ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վրա, ես մտադիր եմ շարունակելու աշխատանքը խորհրդարանական մակարդակում խթանելու համար կողմերի մոտ քաղաքական կամքի ձևավորմանը` Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում համապարփակ կարգավորումը բանակցելու համար: Վստահության կառուցման միջոցների շուրջ արագ համա ձայնությունը կնվազեցնի հետագա ռազմական գործողությունների վտանգը և կարևոր առաջին քայլ կդառնա: Մենք պատրաստ ենք աջակցելու բոլոր այս ջանքերին»,- ասել է Վիգենինը:
ԵԱՀԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նախագահը և հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնել Մինսկի խմբին և նրա համանախագահներին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման առնչությամբ:
Հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Վիգենինը նաև շեշտել է, որ կպահպանի հաղորդակցությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իր խորհրդարանական գործընկերների հետ և մտադիր է շարունակել նրանց հետ հարցի քննարկումը հուլիսի 1-5-ը Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք վեհաժողովի տարեկան նիստում:
