Մեզանից շատերը հաճախակի պատրաստում են ճաշ կամ ընթրիք ժամանակից շուտ և մի քանի անգամ այն տաքացնում: Սակայն մասնագետները նշում են, որ ոչ բոլոր մթերքները կարելի է կրկնակի տաքացնել: Գոյություն ունեն մի շարք սննդամթերքներ, որոնք կրկնակի տաքացման ժամանակ կորցնում են իրենց յուրահատուկ մոլեկուլային կառուցվածքն ու վերածվում են իսկական թույնի:
Ցավոք սրտի շատ քիչ մարդիկ գիտեն այդ մասին:Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում այն 5 մթերքներն, որոնք կրկնակի տաքացման դեպքում կորցնում են իրենց բոլոր օգտակար հատկությունները:
1. Բազուկ
Բազուկի մեջ առկա նիտրատներ շատ օգտակար են մարդու օրգանիզմի համար:Սակայն բազուկը ոչ մի դեպքում խորհուրդ չի տրվում կրկնակի տաքացնել, քանի որ այն կարող է օգնելու փոխարեն վնասել առողջությանը:
2. Կարտոֆիլ
Կարտոֆիլի մեջ առկա օսլան արդյունավետ ազդեցություն է թողնում մարդու առողջության վրա, սակայն երբ այն մի քանի անգամ տաքացնում են, այն կորցնում է իր սննդային արժեքն ու բուժիչ հատկությունները ու վերածվում է թույնի, որը կարող է վնասել ամբողջ օրգանիզմը:
3. Ձու
Բարձր ջերմաստիճանի ազդեցությունը ձվի վրա կարող է շատ վտանգավոր լինել: Եփելուց հետո ձվի օգտագործումը օգտակար է, սակայն այն չի կարելի տաքացնել ևս մեկ անգամ և նոր ուտել:
4. Հավի միս
Հավի միսը շատ համեղ է, սակայն այն անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո:Այն չի կարելի պահել և առավել ևս օգտագործելու համար հաջորդ օրը տաքացնել, քանի որ այդ դեպքում փոխվում է սպիտակուցների կառուցվածքը, որն էլ և իր հերթին կարող է հանգեցնել մարսողական խնդիրների առաջացման: Իսկ հավի միսը ավելի շատ սպիտակուցներ է պարունակում, քան կարմիր միսը և այն խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել սառը վիճակում:
5. Սնկեր
Տաքացրած սնկի օգտագործումը կարող է բացասական ազդել առողջության վրա: Սնկերի մեջ առկա լիպիդները, ֆոսֆատիդներն ու եթերայուղերը կրկնակի տաքացման ժամանակ դառնում են սրտի և երիկամների համար իսկական թույն:Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս այդ մթերքն օգտագործել թարմ վիճակում կամ պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո: Սակայն եթե այն ցանկանում եք ուտել պատրաստելուց որոշ ժամանակ հետո, ապա այն ոչ մի դեպքում մի տաքացրեք:
