1. Որեւէ համեղ բան ուտել

Երբեմն ուզում ես շոկոլադի մի ամբողջ սալիկ ուտել եւ մի կտոր չպոկել ներս վազած հմայիչ  «չարաճճիների» համար: Միթե կինը չի կարող մի տուփ հյութ խմել, առանց ինչ-որ մեկի հետ կիսելու: Իհարկե կարող է: Երբ տանը մենակ ենք, համեղ ամեն ինչ մերն է, միմիայն մերը: 

2. Հիմար հեռուստաշոու կամ սերիալ դիտել

Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ սիրում ենք դիտել այն, ինչով առանձնապես չենք հպարտանում.   «Արի ամուսնանանք», «Սեքսը մեծ քաղաքում»` հարյուրերորդ անգամ եւ այլն: Այդ շոուներն ու սերիալները երեխաների համար չեն, իսկ տղամարդիկ մեզ կշտամբում են նման անօգուտ ժամանցի համար: Տանը խաղաղություն ու հանգստություն է հաստատվում, երբ երեխաները որոշում են զբոսնել հայրիկի հետ, եւ այդ ժամանակ կարող ենք ուղղակի վայելել սիրելի շոուն: 

3. Երաժշտություն լսել, երգել ու պարել

Կարող ենք մեր սիրած հիթը դնել ամբողջ բարձրությամբ (բայց չենք մոռանում հարեւանների մասին), վազել բնակարանում եւ պարել: Երբեմն իրոք պետք է ինքդ քեզ նման հիմարություն թույլ տալ: 

4.Վայելել այն պահը, երբ քեզ ոչ ոք հարցեր չի տալիս 

Իհարկե, սերը, որ ստանում ենք ամուսիններից եւ երեխաներից, մեր սիրտն ուրախությամբ եւ երջանկությամբ է լցնում: Բայց երբեմն մենք ուղղակի մենակ լինելու կարիք ունենք, թեկուզ`  20 րոպե:

5. Լոգանք ընդունել

Միայն պատկերացրեք` փրփուրով լոգանք, դեմքին խոնավեցնող դիմակ եւ լիցքաթափող երաժշտություն: Եվ ոչ մեկը չի անհանգստացնում մանրուքների համար եւ չի հարցնում, թե զուգարանը երբ կազատվի: Սքանչելի է: 

6. Ամսագիր կամ գիրք կարդալ, որոնց համար նախկինում ժամանակը չէր հերիքում 

Սիրելի վեպի հատորն արդեն վաղուց փոշով է պատվել, բայց եկել է ժամանակը, երբ կարելի է հանգիստ գիրքն առնել ձեռքը եւ վայելել ընթերցանությունը: Կարեւորը` չքնել: 

7. Նստել բազմոցին եւ 5 րոպեից ավելի վայելել մաքրությունը

Շուտով երեխաներն ու ամուսինը տուն կգան եւ քաոս կստեղծեն բնակարանում: Թե ինչպես կարելի է այնտեղ կարգ ու կանոն հաստատել, մեզ համար առայժմ պարզ չէ, այդ պատճառով մնում է միայն վայելել տան մաքրությունը, քանի դեռ հարազատները բացակայում են:
