Արցախում ապրիլի սկզբին տեղի ունեցած կարճատև պատերազմի վերաբերյալ մեր հարցերին պատասխանել է 1992-1995թթ ՀՀ ՊՆ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, 1993թ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար, արցախյան պատերազմի հերոս, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Նորայր Տեր-Գրիգորյանցը: Նա ապրում է ՌԴ-ում:
Ներկայացնում ենք ծավալուն հոդվածը կրճատումներով
- Ինչ եք կարծում՝ Ադրբեջանն ի՞նչ Էր ուզում անել ու ի՞նչ կանխեց մեր բանակը այդ 4-5 օրերի ընթացքում։
- Ադրբեջանը հզոր հարված Էր պատրաստել ուղղված Ղարաբաղի զինված ուժերի դիրքերին ու Հայաստանին։ Տեղի ունեցավ հետախուզական մարտ հյուսիսային և հարավային ուղղություններով։ Ընդ որում, թշնամին հարձակում գործեց թույլ ուղղությունների վրա։ Պետք Է արժանին մատուցել մեր զինվորներին, որ նրանք լավ հակահարված տվեցին, բայց կարելի էր ընդհանրապես թույլ չտալ թշնամու մոտեցումը։ Եթե ադրբեջանական տանկերը մեծ արագությամբ մոտենում են, դա պետք Էր կանխել ավելի վաղ, քան նրանք կհայտնվեին Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանական տարածքում։ Ու հետաքրքիրն այն Է, որ Ալիևն այս հարձակումից հետո գոռում Էր հայերն են առաջինը հարձակվել։ Ո՞նց են հայերը առաջինը հարձակվել, եթե ադրբեջանական տանկերը գտնվում են Ղարաբաղի պաշտպանական տարածքում։ Ու այս ամենի մեջ ամենավտանգավորն այն Է, որ զենքը, որով հարձակվել են Հայաստանի վրա, գնված էր Ռուսաստանից և որը, Մեդվեդևի վստահեցմամբ, դեռ շարունակվելու է վաճառվել Ադրբեջանին։ Ստացվում Է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանին սատարում Է ՆԱՏՕ-ից, իսկ Ռուսաստանը զենք է վաճառում իմ թշնամուն, որը դրանով հարված Է հասցնում մեզ։ Միայն ռուսական զենքով կրակելա հրաման տալով Ալիևն աշխարհին ցույց տվեց, որ իրեն սատարում Է Ռուսաստանը։ Հիմա պետք Է մեր նախագահը անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ հրավիրի և Ռուսաստանին բողոքի նոտա հղի այս անհասկանալի, զզվելի և ագրեսիվ քաղաքականության համար։ Եվ չպետք Է վախենալ։ Մյուս կողմից մեր զորքը պիտի շատ ուժեղ լինի, կտրուկ արձագանքի հակառակորդի գործողություններին։ Մեր բանակը շատ ամուր, շատ լավ բանակ Է, պետք Է միայն ավելի լավ պատրաստվել և լավ հակահարված տալ հարձակումներին։ Պետք Էր հետապնդել և հենց լեռներում ոչնչացնել նրանց։ Զոհեր արդեն ունեինք։ Բայց, ցավոք, մեր պաշտպանության նախարարը խղճաց ադրբեջանցիներին։
- Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ այդ սխալներն ազդելու հնարավորություն կա՞։
- Անպատճառ կա։ Հիմա պետք Է տարվի դիվանագիտական աշխատանք իրականությունը աշխարհին ցույց տալա համար։ Մեր ԱԳՆ-ն, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը, Ազգային ժողովը պետք Է աշխարհին ցայց տան, որ Ղարաբաղը մեր հողն է։ Դա հայկական պետություն Է։ Պետք Է ապացուցել, որ օկուպանտը Ալիևն է: Հենց Ադրբեջանն Է զավթել Ղարաբաղը։ Հիմա նա հարձակվել է մեզ վրա, որովհետև աշխարհին ապացուցել Է, որ հայերը զավթել են Ղարաբաղը։ Իսկ մեր հայերը չեն կարողանում ապացուցել, որ դա ճիշտ չէ։ Մեր դիվանագիտությունն աշխատում է զզվելի։
- Ի՞նչ եք կարծում առաջիկայում ռազմական դաշտում գործողությունները կշարունակվե՞ն։
- Իհարկե, կշարունակվեն։ Ադրբեջանը միշտ խախտել Է1994 թվականի կրակի դադարեցման մասին փաստաթուղթը։ Իսկ հիմա, երբ նույնիսկ փաստաթուղթ չի ստորագրել, ինչու չպետք Է շարունակի խախտել։ Նա աշխարհին ապացուցել Է, որ Ղարաբաղը օկուպացված Է, որ պետք Է ազատագրել հայերից։ Իսկ դրա համար պետք Է հայերին ոչնչացնել, հարձակվել, հողերը գրավել։ Հիմա պետք Է աշխատի մեր դիվանագիտությունը, այլապես Ադրբեջանը միշտ կարող է հարձակվել։ Միշտ։ Մեկ ամսից, մեկ տարուց, բայց կհարձակվի։ Հիմա հետ է կանգնել, որովհետև հասկացել Է, որ մենք կարող ենք հաղթել»,–գրում է թերթը։
