«ՀՀԿ-ական Վարդան Այվազյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, որ բոլոր գանձագողերը պետք է պատասխան տան օրենքի առաջ, պետք է դատվեն, եթե անգամ ինքն էլ է այդպիսին, ապա իրենից սկսած։ Նա հայտարարել է, թե բոլոր միջոցները պետք է ուղղել բանակին, օպտիմալացնել պետական ծախսերը, կրճատել ավելորդությունները, օրինակ՝ բնակիչ չունեցող գյուղերում դպրոցներ կառուցելու համար փող հատկացնելու և այլն։

Հայաստանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները այս օրերին այնպես են բարձրաձայն նման հայտարարություններ անում, որ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե այս տարիների ընթացքում              Հայաստանը մսխողները ոչ թե իրենք, իրենց կուսակցությունը, այլ հասարակությունն է եղել։ Այն, որ գանձագողերը պետք է դատվեն և ավելորդ ծախսերը պետք է ուղղակի բացառվեն՝ պարզագույն ճշմարտություն է, ընդ որում՝ հասարակության համար շատ վաղուցվա ճշմարտություն։

Թեև դա, իհարկե, պարզ ճշմարտություն է նաև իշխանությունների համար, պարզապես նրանք այսօր ստիպված են խոսել այդ մասին, քանի որ տեղի է ունեցել քառօրյա պատերազմ, որը, նույնիսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանի         խոստովանությամբ, հաղթել ենք միայն ժողովրդի ռեսուրսների հաշվին, ոչ թե տնտեսական և ռազմատեխնիկական          արդիական հնարավորությունների։         Եվ իհարկե, հիմա իշխանությունները ստիպված են խոսել, որ պետք է գողերը դատվեն, իսկ ծախսերը օպտիմալացվեն։

Պետք է խոսել, մինչև որ աղմուկը նվազի։ Որովհետև եթե խնդիրը խոսելը չէ, ապա արդեն իսկ հասարակությունն ականատես կլիներ կոնկրետ քայլերի, կոնկրետ դատերի։ Իսկ հիմա կան կոնկրետ հարցեր։ Ինչո՞ւ մինչև հիմա չկան դատվածներ գանձագողության համար։ Միայն Վազգեն Խաչիկյանն ու Մարգար Օհանյա՞նն էին Հայաստանի գանձագողերը։ Իսկ որտեղի՞ց Հայաստանի պաշտոնյաներին, նրանց որդիներին հսկայական բիզնեսները, այդ թվում և՝ Վարդան Այվազյանին։
Եթե Վարդան Այվազյանը հայտարարում է ծախսերի օպտիմալացման մասին, ապա հանձնե՞լ է Աժ տնտեսական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի իր ծառայողական մեքենան, մի քանի տասնյակ հազար դոլար արժողության։ Կոչ արե՞լ է նույնն անել խորհրդարանի հանձնաժողովների իր կուսակից կամ ոչ կուսակից մյուս նախագահներին, իր կուսակից   այլ պաշտոնյաներին։
Ասե՞լ է, որ տարեկան 1 միլիարդ դրամ ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների համար վատնելու փոխարեն, դրանով կարող էին գնել մի քանի անօդաչու սարքեր կամ այլ ռազմատեխնիկա՝ մեր բանակը հագեցնելու համար։

Կոնկրետ խոսողներ Հայաստանի             հասարակությանը պետք չեն, պետք են կոնկրետ գործեր, անձնական օրինակներ։ Ունա՞կ է դրան Վարդան Այվազյանը, և նրա որևէ կուսակից, թե՞ ոչ։ Հայկական զինուժի տասնյակ զոհերը հենց այդ խոսքերի ու ճառերի հետևանքն են, հետևանքն են այն բանի, որ իշխանություն կոչվածը ճառերից ու ճամարտակությունից բացի երկու տասնայակ տարի չի զբաղվել ոչնչով, չի լուծել ռազմավարական կարևորագույն հարցեր, չի պատրաստվել նոր պատերազմի, այլ ննջել է հնի դափնիների վրա։

Այդ ամենի համար իրենց կյանքով վճարեցին 7 տասնյակ լուսավոր հայորդիներ, մեկը մեկից խիզախ, մեկը մեկից նվիրյալ։ Նրանք չէին խոսում, նրանք կռվում էին և կկռվեին անձնապես շատ ավելի պաշտպանված իրավիճակում, եթե Հայաստանում իշխանությունը խոսելու փոխարեն գործ աներ՝ քառորդ դարում գոնե կեսն աներ այն ամենի, ինչը չորս օրում արեցին մեր տղաները»,–գրում է թերթը։
