Հայաստանում կան բազմաթիվ լավ գիտնականներ, որոնք տարբեր ոլորտներում մրցունակ են միջազգային ասպարեզում: Այս մասին «Նոբելյան օրեր Երևանում» միջոցառման մեկնարկին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԵՊԲՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

 «Այս պահին խոսել Նոբելյան հավակնությունների մասին, իհարկե, վաղ է, բայց ունենք նաև հայրենակից գիտնականներ, որոնք աշխատում են այլ երկներում՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, Ֆրանսիայում, ԱՄՆ-ում: Հույսեր կարող ենք փայփայել, որ մի գեղեցիկ օր կունենանք հայազգի նոբելյան մրցանակակիր: Այսօրվա իրադարձությունը, որ նախաձեռնել է Բժշկական համալսարանը, իրականում յուրահատուկ է, որովհետև ավագ սերնդի մարդիկ ինձ պատմեցին, որ վերջին անգամ այսքան մեծ թվով նոբելյան մրցանակակիրներ եղել են այստեղ Խորհրդային տարիներին, և նրանց թիվը Õ �որսը չի գերազանցել»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:  

ԵՊԲՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի խոսքով` հատկապես այս օրերին պետք է շեշտել, որ գիտությունը երկրի զարգացման հիմքն է:

«Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ ոլորտի գիտնականներ են համախմբվում այս կամ այն առիթով, անհրաժեշտ է նաև փաստել, որ գիտությունը պետք է ծառայի խաղաղությանը: Կարծում եմ, որ նոբելյան մրցանակակիրների ներկայության պարագայում ավելի քան արդիական է այս օրերին նաև խոսել նրա մասին, որ մարդկության գիտական առաջընթացը չպետք է մահաբեր լինի, ինպես լինում է ժամանակակից զենքի օգտագործման դեպքում»,-նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախկին նախարարը փաստում է` «Նոբելյան օրեր Երևանում» միջոցառումն իրադարձություն է Հայաստանի համար: Նրա խոսքով` ինքն առիթ ունեցել է մի քանի տարի առաջ որպես պաշտոնավարող նախարար հանդիպելու այսօր ժամանած մրցանակակիրներից մեկին՝ Ահարոն Չեխանովերին:

«Շատ հետաքրքրիր էր նրա հետ առանձնազրույցում լսել, թե ինչպես է զարգանում գիտությունը Իսրայելում: Ամենահետաքրքիրն այն էր, որ նա բողոքում էր գիտնականների արտագաղթից դեպի ԱՄՆ»,-հավելեց նա:

«Մենք սովոր ենք խոսել, որ Հայաստանը և հայ ժողովուրդն իր պատմությամբ շատ զուգահեռներ ունի հրեա ժողովրդի հետ, բայց այդ զուգահեռները կյանքի կոչելու համար պետք է գտնել ազգի իրական ներուժի համախմբման մեխանիզմները: Այսօր մենք այդ ճանապարհը չենք հաղթահարել: Մենք դեռ մեր ազգային, մարդկային կապիտալը լավագույնս չենք կարողացել օգտագործել»,-նշեց նա:

 «Նոբելյան օրեր Երևանում» միջոցառումն անցկացվում է ապրիլի 12-15-ը Երևանի Մխիթար Հերացու անվան պետական բժշկական համալսարանի նախաձեռնությամբ:Այն հնարավորություն է տալու տարածաշրջանի փորձառու և երիտասարդ գիտնականներին, ինչպես նաև ուսանողներին կենդանի շփում ունենալ գիտությանասպարեզում ամենաբարձր համբավ վայելող անհատականությունների հետ: «Նոբելյան օրեր Երևանում» միջոցառումը հավակնում է դառնալ Հայաստանում երբևէկազմակերպված ամենանշանավոր գիտական իրադարձություններից: Մասնակիցների թվում են նոբելյան մրցանակակիրներ Ահարոն Չիխանովերը, Էյ-Իշի Նեգիշին, ԴենՇեխտմանը, Ադա Յոնաթը, Ջոն Ուորենը:
